I am happy to report that it seems contacting corporate was the solution here. I was able to receive both compensation for my previous bad order in addition to a coupon for 50% off my next meal, which I just used this afternoon. The bowl arrived and was packed to the brim this time with adequate portions of all the add-ins I requested. The avocado, despite still being a half just thrown in and not sliced, was in fact ripe this time, which I’m happy about. The salad dressing still comes packed inside the bowl, but i’m able to look past that for the sake of the portions being what you pay for. Thank you to corporate and the management team for helping to rectify this issue. I do still wish you could call the store to speak to management directly, but if corporate is able to get in touch with them on your behalf I suppose that works for now.
Just ordered a $20 build your own bowl and received something that’s almost laughable. There’s little to no base greens in the bowl, the portions of extra requested are minimal, the avocado I asked to add was just cut in half and thrown on top, not cut up, and also is not ripe. To make it worse they constantly put the dressing containers IN THE BOWL- why can’t yall just put it on the side outside of the bowl?
On top of it all, you can’t even call the store to get ahold of a real person/speak to any management- it just throws you around for a loop to get in touch with their customer service or any third party provider you used. Don’t know if I’ll ever be ordering from here again because this is the second time this has happened. Was hoping the first was just a fluke or someone having a bad day, but it’s clear that this is a chronic issue. Yall need to get it together.

Love this place! I’ve eaten here several times for lunch and I’ve never been disappointed! The salads are filling yet don’t make you feel too heavy. The salad below is the peachy green goddess which was a seasonal item this summer. Probably my favorite salad thus far!

Food is NOT clean today. I have been a loyal customer and have ordered so many times here and other SG locations. But today the salad I picked up from this location is NOT good. I chewed sand out of my salad. probably from the romaine. there is literally sand or similar things that crunch on my teeth. I contacted the Custer Services line but literally NO agent is getting back to me. The only available auto-responding options are all about orders and they won’t help you anything once your order is completed. This experience is extremely unsatisfying. And I don’t think I will order anything here.

I ordered a guacamole green salad and requested a fork through the Uber app. It was delivered in a paper bag with no staples or sticker applied to indicate it hadn’t been tampered with. It also didn’t have a single avocado and absolutely no dressing. Oh and to top it all off they gave me a singular knife when the receipt said and I quote “Fork*”

So unfortunate that I will no longer purchase my salads from here anymore. I typically come to this location 3 to 4 times a week and after today I’ll be taking my money else where. I was served raw salmon, after getting home and noticing I instantly felt sick and called customer service via text they decided to tell me they would make this up and credit my account a lousy $27! I am appalled and disgusted at the poor customer service I was given.

This was a great experience. I had the chicken pesto parm salad. I had low expectations with a salad but it was really good. Wait staff is pleasant and was gentle despite me clearly not knowing what I was doing lol. The only “bad” thing is be careful, the bottom of the bowl soaks really easily and youll have sauce soaked into whatever you sit the bowl on.
