So I ordered the New York Pizza style expecting it to be cheesy and delicious. But when we got our pizza I was not what I expected on how it looked on the app. I thought it was super old and very thin.. I always tip out but in this case I honestly didn’t feel like they deserved a tip. To me it was just done extremely fast and just way too thin for what I expected from the app. I think I’m actually really done with Pizza Hut and I will just stick to my Domino’s

Nothing, and I literally mean NOTHING was right about my simple 2 pizza order. Not only was it the wrong crust, sauce and toppings, it was also luke warm at best.
I would compare it to eating cardboard, however I wouldn’t want to insult cardboard!

Ordered 10/30 food showed up 1 1/2 late by doordash. The dasher was in pj’s and socks no shoes. How was she even allowed in the store. Pizza was cold. I called talked to the mgr Charlotte and she agreed to refund. They could’ve canceled the charge and the charge would’ve never gone thru that didnt happen. So my card was charged and now I cant the store on the ph just the call center . Seems to be the norm at this store after reading these reviews.

Ordered in advance, got a notification that order was ready and when I got in store they told me it be a little while longer it took another 15 or so minutes for my order to come out and the pizza was cold by the time I got it. Was asked to tip for the terrible service

This is probably my 2nd review were I say… Dine-in isn’t what it use 2b. The young black lady who took our order was very polite and sweet but after that…..u only see the person that drops your pizza and seem 2 run off. We had 2 go get our plates and chilli peppers and cheese cuase they weren’t on the tables. The crust is so much wider than b4 ♂️ of the four workers, nobody came out 2 see if all was ok…nobody came out 2see if we needed anything…nobody came 2ask how was the pizza. We even had 2 go ask for a box 2 take home and we even sadly cleaned our own table. Even when we were leaving my sister told the worker looking at us leave…. Thank you and she said nothing…. I even answered for the worker and said Your Welcome…. other people eating started laughing cuase they noticed the worker said nothing. Very very sad customer service at this location. Pizza Hut was 1 of the best places back in the day 2 Dine-in and eat with family. Now it’s horrible customer service and a very sad Dine-in environment.

The pizza itself is much worse than pizza hut used to be. Barely any cheese, barely any sauce, the crust is insanely greasy and almost cardboard like- frozen pizza is better.
Delivery was done via door dash instead of an actual delivery driver. I wasn’t communicated to before ordering that this would be the case. I would have ordered from somewhere else if I knew they would be doing this.

I ordered online for delivery. It never showed. I called the store several times only to be transferred to their call center who could not help me. Received the number for corporate to get a refund where the automated system told me to contact the store to complain. Called a different store for suggestions on what to do, they said leave a review. So here I am, disappointed and hungry.
Update: Two hours later and it arrived via Door Dash. And they forgot my soda.
