I am a longtime sweetgreen fan, but no more. This is the WORST location I have ever been to. I normally order inside, but last time it was so painfully slow that I decided to order online. That was a mistake. My bowl was $18 and it’s a portion for a 3 year old. How on earth do they charge $18 for chewy, fatty steak and a portion for a child???? I received 4 tomatoes. 4!!!!!!!! This place is disgusting and a rip off. DO NOT EAT HERE. AVOID. Also, when I complained online, they offered me $10 for my bowl. It was $18. I’m so annoyed and angry. I’ll be going to Chopt from now on. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My family and I love Sweetgreen! My son and I chatted with the manager Hao this weekend when I stopped in to grab a salad. You can really tell he cares about everyone and their experience when they walk through the doors, which you don’t see often nowadays.
As always, my salad was delicious—everything tasted crisp and high-quality. I love that they offer so many customizable options, and the freshness of the ingredients always impresses me. The pickled onions are a fav!

Way too pricey. $23 lots of greens, very small piece salmon, mushroom & sweet potatoes. None of the “warm ” toppings included so all ala carte
Love local sourced but wouldn’t that save money?
The flavor was good and greens were fresh.

I ordered the crispy rice bowl with chicken. It was great! Every ingredient was fresh, and the dressing was on point! The dressing was a little sparse, and chicken portions smaller than I expected (and VERY spicy, for sure) Amazing selection overall. Very good!

First and last time customer. Just left the Marlton location at 2 pm today. Out shopping with husband and figured we would try to have a nice lunch together with healthy options. Ordered then sat inside of which we were the only ones eating ,as a family left as we sat down. The food was just okay. My chicken had grizzly pieces in it I had to keep spitting out until I lost my appetite half way and trashed the rest. Same with husband. Worse was while eating a worker decided to come to the empty tables on either side of us with his spray cleaner and did the tables. HUGE pet peeve! Dude there was no one in the place! You couldn’t wait until we ate our food which took 10 min to spray your nasty spray which hit my leg a little?!!!! No reason for that! So gross when you are trying to eat! Then he is pushing chairs allover which make a nails on chalkboard sound .
Then the trash… disgusting! It was allover the place , needed emptied BAD, the whole place made me feel like everything was dirty! Never again!

Inconsistent. First time I had the focaccia, it was so delicious, soft, fresh, everything. Today it was stale. Sometimes the salad is perfect and other times it’s just okay and not worth what I paid. I don’t really want to give up as the potential is there, but I’d like them to clean it up.

They gave me a bowl of yellow and lightly black wilted kale. The kind you leave in the fridge and forget about. No wild rice and no dressing, which were both supposed to be on the order. Uber eats order so not in person, but last time for me. Eat at your own risk!

I paid nearly $30 for the image below. It was as if they hired a child to prepare the orders. I received a grand total of 3 bites of chicken and 2 pieces of broccoli. Good thing they were generous on the pickled onions and goat cheese though…This is unacceptable. Stay away from this location. Never again.
