Ordered online from this restaurant several times with my fiance and every time it disappoints me, this is honestly the straw that broke the camels back. You can see all the modifications I ordered and the portions are so small yet charge full price. Highly disappointed in this place! Came in to pick up my food and the woman at the front told me they close at 7 and ran out of steak! Mind you, my fiance paid full price for steak but was offered chicken, they couldn’t even bother to give me 1 full portion size of that! Why can’t you update the website when ordering online to reflect what is available at the store?? This happens every time. This will be the last time we WASTE our hard earned money here!

My recent visit to Sweetgreen was fantastic! The store was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my Shroomami salad – it was fresh and bursting with flavor. My friend’s Little Harvest salad looked equally delicious. Sweetgreen consistently delivers on fresh, tasty food and a great in-store experience!

Finally stopped in Sweetgreen for lunch. It’s located in the Shops of Farmington, so ample parking and great location. There were plenty of seating and service was good. It’s fast casual and the employees create the bowl right in front of you. It was founded on 2007 by three college students. They’re focused on sustainability, seasonal ingredients, locally sourced foods, to make quality salads and bowls.
You can customize your bowl or pick one of the many items on the menu. There were a variety of toppings to choose from. They also have flatbreads and grain bowls.
I chose the hot honey chicken bowl which has blackened chicken, sweet potatos, quinoa, crispy onions, and hot honey mustard sauce. I was very impressed, it was flavorful. I’m a fan of the sweet and spicy flavors, so this was right up my alley. This spot is definitely a great spot for healthy food options. My only qualm is, that it is a little bit pricey but I would definitely go back.

I’m from New York, and was super happy to find a Sweet Green open up near my house. Unfortunately, there was a dead fly in my salad and I won’t be coming back. The staff gave me a refund with no issue, but this was disappointing nonetheless.

I’ve been coming to Sweetgreen for months, and I’m still obsessed. The salads are packed with flavor, and I appreciate how they use organic, fresh ingredients. The Harvest Bowl is my personal favorite, but honestly, everything on the menu is worth trying.

I absolutely cannot believe how unproffessional the manager is. The poor waitress was being yelled at right infront of myself and my daughter just now. Grabbing a quick bite to eat seemed overwhelming for the manger so we decided to take a rice crispy treat and a root beer to be quick. He demanded we leave as it just turned 8pm. He yelled across the restaurant to tell her to pick the door when she was already locking it. This made us feel very uncomfortable. Its a 2inch rice crispy treat. Even if it was a salad, and purchases at 7:55, you by no means necessary EVER kick a customer outm SHANE ON YOU! THIS BUSINESS WONT LAST. Ive been in service for 25 years and this is the biggest down fall if a business. I pray this isnt a daily problem. Its hard enough to run a business these days. Cut staff if ypu habe to budget don’t cut morals and service period.

I work in the NYC area but live here in CT, so I was thrilled to see a Sweetgreen open nearby. I frequent their shops in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens regularly.
Although the ingredients were fresh, I was disappointed with the completion. For example I added tomatoes to my salad and I counted 3 half cherry tomatoes, I also added fresh mozzarella and only 4 made it to my bowl. Cucumbers same story, hard to find. The restaurant was poorly attended and had to wait to eventually be pointed to my greasy salad box with spinach sticking out the sides getting hot and wilting.
This is a very good chain, and the salad was still tasty, but has some work to do to get in line with the other stores in the franchise’s fleet.

I’ve come several times to this location, and it’s been disappointing. I just ordered 2 salads, and both were half filled. The staff looks so sad and annoyed to be there. Disappointing. I know Sweetgreens from NYC, and had great experiences. This location is mismanaged.

Absolutely fantastic! So healthy, and so many options. It’s wonderful to have the opportunity to pick from so many choices, and you can taste the quality ingredients. While I’m aware that french fries are french fries… when you air fry them using avocado oil, and your ketchup is organic and doesn’t have any high fructose corn syrup… the fries alone are worthy of 5 stars. Great portion sizes, and solid pricing for the quality, too! Keep up the great work!
