Everything was fantastic! From the burgers to the appetizers, you can’t go wrong with anything you choose here! Loved our sweet server Michelle!

Easily the worst restaurant on Bourbon Street. They will take forever to bring the food and it taste like complete trash processed SYSCO food service garbage. You would be better off going to a chicken place on Bourbon Street or getting pizza somewhere else because you will leave here infuriated and the people they hire act like it’s their literal first day on earth and they have no clue what’s even happening or how they got there.

Ordered chicken strips and got a weird chicken patty cut up…. Complete trash

The worst! This was the nastiest food I’ve ever had in New Orleans. Went here as a last resort after leaving Bourbon Street late. The restaurant was filthy-food all over the floor, wet floors, dirty tables, etc. The food was old & tasteless. The fries were redropped in dirty grease. My burger was burnt. We are not drinkers, but the non alcoholic drinks were the best tasting items ordered. The server started was really nice, the disappeared for 20-30 minutes. The decor is very nice, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. NEVER AGAIN!

We were in New Orleans on Thanksgiving Day and were wandering around and came across The Hard Rock. We have been to a few different locations, so we decided to go in for something to eat. At the front desk, we were told it would be 20 minutes for a table, but no wait to sit at the bar so, we elected to sit at the bar. The only open chairs had partially empty drink glasses and dirty silverware and napkins. We waited several minutes while the two bartenders did their thing, which did not include cleaning off the bar or even acknowledging us, so we consolidated the mess and sat down. After we sat for quite a while watching the bartenders walk by us and ignore us, finally we had the displeasure of meeting Page, the male bartender. With a very sour look on his face, he picked up the partially empty drink glasses and threw, more like flung, the remaining liquid, ice, and other contents on the glass cooler doors behind him and onto the floor. Then he brushed the dirty napkins and other mess onto the floor while throwing the dirty silverware in the direction of the dishwasher. Made us feel really welcome. We asked for menus to decide what to eat. Again, we waited . . . . . and waited. Page finally came back and we quickly ordered a beer and a burger. While we waited for our food we noticed the other bartender had closed her till and left. Hmmmm. We continued to watch Page act like an angry child being told to do his chores. Every time he came across anything dirty on the bar, it ended up on the floor. One time, this included a menu. The door to the dishwasher was open and after walking (squeezing) past it a dozen times, he kicked it and knocked over all the glasses sitting in the “clean?” rack. Our food arrived in an acceptable amount of time, considering it being Thanksgiving. The bottom line here is, if Page were on the same team as me, I would be so embarrassed by him I would probably be looking to find a new team. Whoever is the Manager or Supervisor for Page, you might want to consider finding a new presentation for your customer experience. The picture we included with this review is of the back bar. These are the ONLY things that did get thrown on the floor. By the way, we weren’t the only customers observing and commenting (mocking/laughing) at this.

Hard a great time. Southern hospitality amazing. The server was extremely attentive and helpful. Then the manager comes over and he had all of us laughing. We told him we were from Detroit and he told us we bought the could weather with us. I’ve eaten at other Hard Rock locations, but by fare this was the best experience I’ve had in a long time. Keep up the great work…

Carlisa was our waitress and the manager Jerry. We ate at the Hard Rock Hotel in New Orleans and it was SO good. I had the Smashburger and the Hurricane, and both were absolutely perfect. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right — one of those meals you’re still thinking about later. The Hurricane was strong, delicious, and exactly what you want when you’re in New Orleans.
The atmosphere was fun, the service was great, and everything came out fresh and fast. If you’re visiting NOLA, this spot is 100% worth it. We’ll definitely be back!
The manager was super nice and it gave our 4-year-old a messi toy. Highly recommend

Amazing service especially for the middle of Mardi Gras. The food is good not anything to brag about selection wise but it’s fresh and quick. The only draw back about this location and it’s not a bad thing it’s just everytime I have been here it’s freezing . They got the AC on so freaking high but I wouldn’t change it just make sure you bring a sweater and if you are at the tables next to the stage be prepared to freeze. Staff is amazing tho if it’s too cold for you they have no problem relocating you. Amazing job Hard Rock NOLA!!!

⭐️ 1/5 – Overpriced and disappointing

HONEST & PERSONAL REVIEW!!

I’ve seen Hard Rock Cafes all over the world, so I expected at least decent, consistent food. We stopped here late at night since it was open and had family visiting from overseas. Huge mistake.

Everything is overpriced, not just the drinks. The food quality does not come close to justifying the prices. We ordered the Classic Burger, mac and cheese, chicken dippers, and steak nachos.. every dish was low quality and honestly unpleasant. The only decent thing was the ranch dressing, which k know is probably store bought.

This place feels like a pure tourist trap. Save your money and eat literally anywhere else.. even a small local spot would be a much better experience. I got Popeyes instead & my stomach is much happier!

Was extremely unhappy with the food, cleanliness of bathroom and service. Had the incredible burger and it was more like a double bacon burger. Nothing special about it at all. And the fries were cold and old. Was like getting McDonald fries. Asked the server if they were supposed to be seasoned and she indicated they were. Seasoned with pepper and salt. Like what??? Never again. Not worth the price.

The decorations and the music are nice. That’s it. Waited more than 30 minutes for food in a nearly empty restaurant. Also waited more than 15 minutes for the bill in a nearly empty restaurant. Food was only ok, so definitely not worth an exceptional wait. Also, a “service fee” was added to our bill for a party of 6 when small print says that it is only added for parties of 8 or more. Didn’t want to risk being stuck inside an additional 15 minutes by disputing. Too many wonderful restaurants unique to New Orleans, and even some chain restaurants, to ever worry about returning to Hard Rock Cafe again.
