I went to this location when they first opened which was great so I was kind of excited to have lunch here again. Sadly, the quality was very disappointing. The team itself was fine but the place itself was dirty. There wasn’t a single table that was clean, the bathroom had no soap and the prep area did not seem very clean. My KBBQ Bowl had way too much dressing on it and for $22 including tip I expected more. The few pieces of steak were kind of ridiculous. Yes, I could have asked for dressing on the side but honestly, I wouldn’t expect my bowl to be drowned in dressing so you couldn’t really taste anything. On top of that I found a hair in my food so I just tossed it at that point. Just overall a very disappointing experience.

They didn’t give me salmon and avocado on my uber eats order. Also I messed up trying to refund it because I didn’t see the avocado was missing till I opened the other one. Then I see the shit reviews and I guess I understand.

For several months, I ordered the Build Your Own meal from Sweetgreen on DoorDash. I love their Lime Cilantro Jalapeño dressing. Then two weeks ago I noticed that the dressing was no longer available. I wanted to reach out to Sweetgreen about it, but there is no way to call the store – none of their stores take phone calls. So I attempted to contact them via email. They responded by telling me that they checked with the store and they still carry the dressing. They asked me to contact them if the dressing was still missing from the menu – it was still missing, so I contacted them. I then received an email stating that this was a DoorDash issue, and I should contact DoorDash about it. I contacted DoorDash and they stated that it was Sweetgreen who sets the menu, and they have no control over it. I contacted Sweetgreen and have received no response. That dressing was the only reason I order from Sweetgreen, and it never went back on the menu despite Sweetgreen claiming that it did. But the worst part of Sweetgreen is that one can’t contact them for any reason – I once accidentally added an item I deeply dislike to my order, and there was no way for me to contact the restaurant about it. Worse yet even delivery companies can’t access the store. It is the worst business model I have ever encountered.

Wasn’t the best but wasn’t the worst. I was enjoying my bowl until I got towards the bottom and saw a ladybug in my food. I get this is supposed to mean I’m lucky but definitely don’t want it in my food. I know it’s not from my house because this was buried at the bottom in my lettuce. At least I know it’s fresh? I guess….

Located inside the Garden City Center (Mall) in Cranston. Went here for lunch. I’m not generally a salad person and I loved it! Tons of options. Not cheap ($15 for my salad) but typical for a salad bar place. I had the GUACAMOLE GREENS highly recommend it.

Wow. No wonder reviews are so bad. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Cannot speak to a human about a wrong order. I was warned by a friend that they make alot of mistakes. I should have listened. Do not order here unless you don’t care if they make a mistake and don’t care if they resolve your problem. Unbelievable that they can stay in business.

Got the KBBQ steak plate. The whole thing was very cold, the “spicy broccoli” was plain and frozen. You can see the frost in the photo. Other than that it tasted alright. (This was the Cranston location)
