Great place for Chinese food. Clean and inviting throughout service was great with knowledgeable staff. Food was freshly prepared as ordered with good flavor. Several entrees to fill any appetite or Mongolian style buffet too. Prices fair for food quantity. Decor could be freshened up a bit.

Prices are a little high for the portion you end up getting. Service was pleasant, & inside the restaurant you’ll see a clean space laden with some dated decor. The food was decent but, the egg rolls were very dissapoiting. While they were well fried, they had little to no meat, and we’re very thin. It’s good enough to come back. Wish the prices were a tad lower.

I love sweet and sour chicken and theirs is probably my favorite. Great tasting food, good service, decent price for the food. I only wish their restrooms were better, and the tables and chairs to be replaced to newer and cleaner ones.

Got sweet and sour chicken and the breading seemed strange. Ate most of it, about 45 minutes later felt sick to my stomach. By the end of the night had full blown food poisoning. Hadn’t eaten anything in 24 hours other than that. Trip to the er the next day to add to it. Will never return.

Had this Hair cooked into my egg roll. Although disgusting, the restuarant was very kind and credited the egg rolls off our order. Everything else was very tasty and fast. 2 stars for the hair though, wish I could half stars because 2 is harsh, but 3 is too high.

Most horrible customer service ever! I will never order from this place again. This used to be an excellent restaurant but no longer. They do not care about customer service at all. I ordered dinner online to be delivered for a special dinner party I was hosting for 6 people. My card was charged for the dinner plus a delivery charge plus automatically added a tip which I don’t like but that seems to be the norm these days so whatever. I get a call from the restaurant twenty minutes before my guests arrive so they are already later than I was told it would be asking me how I intend to pay for it. I get phone notifications as soon as my account is charged so I know that this has already definitely been charged to my account so I reply it has already been paid and I said I will send you photo of where it has cleared my account which I did. They said their machine shows it is unpaid so I have to pay again. This is an expensive dinner I don’t have enough in my account to pay for it twice which I explained to the woman as she can clearly see by the screenshot that I already had sent her. So because it had already been deducted from my account not only did they not deliver the dinner I ordered an hour and a half before my guests arrived so it would be on time that I had already paid for but now I didn’t have enough money to order dinner for my guests anywhere else either. I had no time to make something for them or make dinner reservations elsewhere. The restaurant refunded the charge two days later but of course the damage was done. They offered no apologies no explanation or excuses for this woman’s behavior simply issued a refund back to my account. However the damage was already done. This person would not listen to reason would not accept proof when shown and had absolutely no concern about how important this dinner was to me. I have been a regular customer of this place for years and have never ever had a problem paying them never had a card declined. I have always tipped well and accepted the poor customer service and lower quality food as the cost of business during a pandemic but this is absolutely beyond what I feel I can accept. I will never order anything from these people ever again and I suggest that you do not either. The portions are smaller the quality of the food is not what it use to be and unless you can not only afford the higher cost they are charging with additional delivery fees and an automatic tip regardless as to the quality of the service. Then pay for it twice because they can’t figure out their own website. Then be called a liar by someone who barely speaks English and wait a few days to be reimbursed I would not recommend this place to anyone. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life and I am 54 years old.

Dine in, take out and delivery here. Very good food, great service and not at all crowded. The food isn’t the typical Americanized variety. We had BBQ pork, egg rolls, house special egg fooyoung, broccoli beef and happy family. It was excellent as always. We eat here occasionally and get delivery often. We’ve never been disappointed and highly recommend it. We prefer this location over the Kitsap Way location, both for proximity and because we just think the food is better.

We were invited by friends to this location. It is easy to get to and visible from the road. It is located right next to the West Bremerton Fred Meyer Grocery store.
The restaurant is handicapped friendly. We were greeted warmly by the staff. The Restaurant is clean, nicely painted, and spacious. It used to be a Hibachi type of restaurant, but now, under new ownership, it was converted to a cook to order menu. The portions are big. The food is hot and on point. It’s very tasty.
The bathrooms are also very clean. This is the perfect place to entertain friends, conduct a business proposition, and large enough to handle birthday parties.
We are thrilled to recommend this establishment to everyone.
If you have any food allergies like peanuts or shell fish. Review the menu prior to ordering.

Absolutely Not.
I go here all the time and this is not the first time they served me cold food. The first time when I ate frozen pease I was like maybe it was an accident but last night I order the honey walnut shrimp and it was cold.
I told the old woman hey my sauce is super cold and it’s making my shrimp cold.
She says the sauce is supposed to be cold and the shrimp just got out of the fryer.
I picked up the shrimp with my fingers and I was like this feel pretty cold to me.
I said I’m not going to eat cold food and then she said honey walnut is supposed to be cold.
And I had to argue with her to replace it. She goes to the back her and the cook are fighting comes back with my new order and starts saying im wrong as she puts the new steaming hot food that just actually came out of the fryer. So I said, are you really still fighting me about food that was obviously cold. The other good I could pick up with my hands.. this one is actually hot.
This was a terrible experience.
