I only discovered this a week ago and it’s already one of my main rotations. I go for the harvest bowl as a base. You get some swaps and admittedly the build your own bowl is not worth it compared to some tweaks to main bowls or salads. It’s called health food but it’s more like whole foods with a strong basis in chicken, sweet potato, quinoa, romaine, kale, chickpeas, you get the idea. All things I use as staples. People who are initiated already know, and it’s a very welcoming scene at a solid value price point. Quantity and quality are superior over most to go diners by far.

Sweetgreen at Mansfield Crossing is the place to go for top customer care and high quality food that tastes great. I hardly ever write reviews, but this place deserves it. Every time I go in here, which is now daily, I get a healthy, tasty meal from people who care about each person who walks through their door and the food that they will be walking out with. In particular, Sky and Trevell have a natural ability to make you feel like a VIP – or family even. They genuinely care about you having a great experience in a timely fashion. I visited the Sweetgreen in Mansfield and was relieved that, despite having alpha-gal syndrome, I didn’t get sick—my order was handled correctly. The music was at a comfortable volume, which I appreciated since many other locations blast it. However, the tables were noticeably dirty and could’ve used more frequent cleaning. Overall, the food was fresh, the staff was efficient, and it’s a decent spot if you need a quick, allergy-conscious meal—just hope for a cleaner table next time.

We use to live in Mansfield a few years ago and were excited when a sweetgreen was coming to town. We’ve had limited encounters with this location, however, this Saturday night was really disappointing.
The restaurant closes at 8 PM on Saturdays. I walked in at 7:15 PM and they were out of chicken and steak. I said I didn’t mind waiting for protein to be ready. I was told they weren’t going to make any additional protein because they close “soon”. I didn’t realize 45 minutes before closing time was too late to prep new food. The staff was unreasonable and dishonest with us. It’s disappointing because other locations have been great. We ordered Cava which is right next to sweetgreens and had a better experience.
My recommendation to this store would be to honor your store hours. The employees shouldn’t start closing down the shop 40 minutes before the scheduled time. The chairs were up on tables as well which signaled to customers that you can’t eat here 45 minutes before close.

They can’t manage orders and act very rude about it. I waited over an hour for my online order and it still wasn’t done. I just decided to leave without my order and filed a refund online. When I asked about my order a half hour in, the worker acted very dismissive and said she had no idea when it will be ready. When I checked again an hour in, she told the other worker to ignore me. Very rude and incompetent customer service. Avoid this place.

This place never misses everything is done perfectly. I get the miso Salmon bowl and the Salmon is cooked perfectly and it’s never dry. The rice is always cooked perfectly, and their avacado are always super fresh. This is my favorite place to eat!

I made an order through the app. My card was charged, and I received a notification that my order was complete. I then drove 30 minutes to the restaurant, only to be told that they didn’t have any of the proteins I had ordered for both meals (blackened chicken and caramelized garlic beef).
My orders were the Ranchy Baddie Bowl and the Hot Honey Chicken Meal. I asked for a refund, but they told me they couldn’t issue one because I had ordered online and the meals had already been prepared. That really frustrated me, why was my meal prepared and my card charged if some of the ingredients were missing? Why wasn’t I informed before placing the order? If a customer orders something and it’s unavailable, shouldn’t the app be able to notify them?
