One of the few restaurants in the area that have bathrooms open for the public (or customers.) Never had any weird experiences here although there was one time where an employee was standing at the door while it was locked,,, and was unlocking it and letting in people individually. I assume they were having some type of issue with a certain customer and had to do so for safety but nonetheless a little off-putting.

Hispanic guy with patchy beard and bowl haircut in drive thru had a nasty attitude. i ordered online and he tried to give me a Large coke when i ordered a bottled water. i said it was wrong and i said it wasn’t. he then said just take it with a nasty attitude. i said no and he said prove it with receipt on my phone. when i finally did, he was still nasty and said don’t make it a big deal. this dude should not be in the drive thru. poor attitude and NO sense of good customer service. I will never come here again

Not sure what has happened to this BKs but they have lost me as a customer – Poor Food Quality & the guy with Twisties doing the drive through is always taking his time to start the order then he’s rushing you telling you to pull up to the 2nd window and I’ve only ordered 1 thing it’s a DAM shame but I will drive to the BKs at Dorchester Ave until they get someone more CUSTOMER Friendly… I would understand if they are busy but every time I go in the only car in the drive through and no-one in the store – they need to make some changes before they lose more customers!!!

Arrived at the drive thru at 11:00. Then made it to the speaker at 11:07. The guy said they were closed. Everywhere else said they close at 12:00. If I would’ve anywhere after 11:30 then I would’ve understood. But there was still time.
