Food was good. It was my first time here and I recommend looking up how to order before you go here. The people who work there didn’t really know how to help me order and didn’t tell me how I was supposed to order. I suppose I could’ve got a premade salad but that’s no fun. It’s very loud in there, there must have been a blender on or something the whole time. The salad was a bit over priced but that might just be because I didn’t know how to order. I would probably comeback and get a to go order so my ears don’t have to suffer, after looking up how to order of course.

Randomly came across this place and decided to give it a try, considering there is no SweetGreen in Cleveland, OH.
Highly recommend this place over Chipotle, Moe’s, Qdoba, and other places in the same category. The potato wafers were better than any fries I would buy and it satisfied that fried potato craving. The ingredients in the grains + protein bowl taste much better, there is HUGE variety. The Organic Hibiscus Berry Tea they sell is so delicious with ZERO sugar, and the Crispy Rice Treat was a great and better health-conscious desert/snack to finish off this meal.
100% when I roll through Massachusetts again, I will be stopping by, because the service was wonderful as well.

The employees are very rude , I waited ten minutes for Ubereats pickup, nobody helped me , the the woman tries giving me a wrong order then walks away and helps another person. I left and cancelled the pickup, your employees should do a better job no matter if it is a UberEATS or a regular customer.

It’s usually busy at sweetgreens but the foods makes up for it!!! My daughter is on a health kick right now so sweetgreens helps us with her carving and gets us to eat healthy as well!! The combos that they have are delicious and their seasonal dishes are amazing!

I asked for a harvest bowl on the app and let them know that I did not want cheese in person when i went and they said i had to buy a new salad. I have spent thousands at this location and I am confused on how someone that gives them business everyday was treated like this seeing as I had a dairy allergy and just wanted a 20 dollar salad and in order for me to get one salad to eat, I would have to pay 40 dollars. That is insane. They also were very rude to me and took the old salad back so i actually paid 20 dollars for nothing. This is customer service rule number one.

Gross, wild rice was so hard I couldn’t eat it. Salmon was cold, but not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to be. Chickpeas tasted off. Praying I don’t get sick.

Sweet green in the Northshore mall is a go to if your in the area. Great menu salads and bowls as well as build your own ability. Easy and convenient way to get a healthy meal on the go.
Got the super green goddess salad. Good balance of ingredients and taste. Staff was very helpful, I fully recommend.

Got a fish taco salad with miso glazed salmon, and the salmon was overcooked to the point it was leathery 🙁 for the price you pay here, I’d expect much better quality. I feel like I just lost my money. Didn’t even finish the salad because it was so bad.

honestly I love this place I’ve eaten here 30 plus times- I do not have stomach issues however after eating a delicious salad here my body says otherwise which means cleanliness is not consistent and this will eventually kill business. Try this place if your looking to lose water weight otherwise save your gut the trouble, and go elsewhere which is sad because I love the concept maybe the non facing employees need extra training or let go or middle management needs to be more attentive. I gave up after today on this place.
