Little Caesars are hit or miss. This one was ok. I ordered ahead and my pizza was ready on time. I got the extra most best pepperoni pizza which was good for the price. The store was cleaner than a lot of them although none of them are too clean.

This is WORST place ever. Today I waited an over hour after my online order time frame was to be completed . The Spanish boy is very rude and disrespectful I told him I had an online order and it’s been a hour he said oh well he taking orders now. Nothing new he always does this I complained but his manager is Spanish as well she says whatever to him in Spanish and he goes on. I turned to the black girl for help and she told me she can’t help me she just started working here which is lies because she always serves me. So unprofessional. The Spanish boy even tried to fight me. I can’t wait for corporate to open. I’ll just go to papa johns next door from now on

It’s always a disappointment at this location, but I come here still because it’s literally down the street when my kids scream they want pizza. But, the service here is horrible! They usually don’t greet customers, they take forever to serve you—even when you order “Hot & Ready”, and some of the staff is rude. They don’t even enter peoples names on the pickup kiosk so folks know where their pizza is when they’ve pre-ordered. Smh ♂️

Quite possibly the worst customer serive I have ever received at a pizza or fast food joint. Lazy staff on thier phones while there is a line of 10 customers waiting. Have a sign up they do not have change beause in thier words its too much work to make change.

Beyond horrible! It needs a complete overhaul as far as management/ customer service/ and quality assurance. For whatever reason this location never has any Hot -N-Ready pizzas available. The pizza/bread racks are always completely empty. You can walk in there any day of the week – any time of the day and you would still have to wait 10-15 minutes for a simple Hot-N-Ready. As the pictures show the pieces were cut in such a sloppy and careless manner. The top middle portion of the top of the pizza had no cheese at all. The entire middle portion underneath the pizza was raw dough. No quality at all just rushed mess into boxes as well as poor service. The lobby was full of people waiting on simple orders of one to two Hot-N-Ready pizzas as usual. Little Caesars is built on Hot-N-Ready, yet this place is absolutely failing completely when it comes to its motto. Also don’t even waste time trying to get the free crazy bread that is supposed to be offered if they don’t mention it before payment like the sign on the counter says. They will just tell you that none is available or it was mentioned when it was not then you have to wait another 15 minutes for them have it ready.

I did an online order for one pizza and a crazy bread combo. It took 40 minutes for me to receive my order! It’s so ridiculous. I rather pay extra and go to papa Johns for better service.

So if I could give zero stars I would. Let me just say I have been a loyal lc customer on a weekly basis and never have I ever had such rude and disrespectful staff I ordered a pizza and bread sticks and came back home and noticed it wasn’t even cut!! So I called back and asked to speak to the manager and got hung up on called back and was told she wasn’t available and she could give out the manager name or nothing she could do about it and hung up so never again will I go back to that location or a lc again they lost a loyal customer because they are sloppy with there job and rude!! Don’t waste your time or money you are not a valued customer take your money where it would be appreciated!!

Online order due for 8:38-8-48pm showed up about 8:40pm waited until nine never got an email decided to walk in to find my order was indeed done there system just wasn’t scanning…Although my phone number was provided no one bothered to call nor cared. Walked out with my order brang it to my car and decided I wanted some marinara and garlic sauce so I walked back in because no one was really there and she charges me 2.14$ I give her 2.25 and she hands me a receipt with no change… not that I’m sweating it but it’s like damn… what a garbage experience big thumb downnnn.

Worse place ever management is very unprofessional I ordered on their app and got it delivery once I got my pizza.I opened it and they pizza taste and looks nasty. So I had to bring it back the manager said to me it’s not their fault about how the pizza was made she said it’s DoorDash fault the pizza was uncooked don’t ever order from here again this is the second time this has happened to me and both managers was nasty manager also wouldn’t give her name which is crazy if I can give a below zero I would this store is located in Deerfield Beach on federal highway south of 10th st
