This is my new favorite place to eat. Wow. Our entire experience was fantastic. Service was excellent, and the food was some of the best comfort food I’ve ever had. I had the shepherds pie and I hate to admit it, but it was better than my mom’s. The Sauces are all homemade and you can really taste and enjoy the difference.
My dining companion had a hamburger and it is one of the best burgers you can get. It was cooked perfectly, the bun was grilled perfectly, and a french fries were cooked to perfection. My friend eats a lot of hamburgers and thought it was the best one he’s ever had.
I can hardly wait to return. The tough decision is what to try next time, or if I should stick with my new favorite shepherd pie.

I give it a 1 star because the place was clean. I ordered iced tea. It was clearly old. We both ordered steak tips. We were served a bowl of gravy with large pieces of mushrooms in it. You couldn’t even tell it had any thing else in it. It did have a small amount of crusty instant potatoes under it. The steak tips were smaller than pineapple tidbits. It would be stretching it to say there was even an ounce of so call tips in the dishes. The dish resembled a Manhattan withmout the bread and meat. There was no additional side served with this as listed on the online menu. A stale roll was included. I asked for butter and never received any. My spouse’s glass was never refilled. We were never asked about our meal Evening dining area staff clearly need mentoring. I love find gems that are not chains. However, this is not one for an evening meal.

There were 5 in-bussed tables around us full of dirty dishes and leftover food. A guy bussed exactly two tables while we were there by removing plates but did not wipe down any of the tables. Then the hostess seated a new group on one of the dirty tables. Gross. The food was marginal at best. Skip it. Trust me.

Service was slow. Ordered hash, but they had run out. So, ordered scrambled eggs and hash browns. There was time for the egg to hatch and be cooked before it arrived.
When it did arrive, it was over easy.
