This bar is an easy place to get comfortable in. Great food, drinks, and friendly people. We love the smoked brisket plate. It comes with coleslaw, fries or tots and, you can substitute the delicious smoked chicken pasta salad. The Friday Fish Fry is really good, too. Chris is the owner, he smokes his own meats and they’re all delicious. Stop in, I guarantee you won’t be sorry.

This place is a diamond in the rough. Smoked brisket is amazingly moist, tender, and flavorful. Best ribs I have ever had. Amazing bark and seasoning. Moist and meaty. Pair that with the sensational smoked chicken pasta salad and you will be in heaven! Pan-fried walleye is also great. 2 big filets that are lightly breaded with a citrus finish. YUM.

I stopped in Sunday morning at the 11am opening time. I had the place to myself and had the pleasure of hanging out with Justin. The , he served me up some amazing ribs. So tender and full of flavors. Alongside these he served me this amazing side of smoked chicken pasta salad (get it!). I ate almost all of the Cole slaw which I never do. Both it and the potato salad I received had like a German flair to them. Both also some of the best I’ve had anywhere. Hidden gem only 35 minutes from the house! Thanks, guys!
