The ice cream is AMAZING!! I got the cinnamon brown sugar. I have been here multiple times and the service is amazing a girl with long brown hair and glasses has helped me a few times and always has great recommendations and always super sweet. That girl needs a raise. But over all super amazing definitely recommend!!

Used to go here a lot and the bowls were full and well worth the money for the 3 protein poke bowl option. Now, for the exact same bowl the amount of food is disappointing. Food was dipped in so it looked like it had more food in it. Was only half full!

Great atmosphere and people. It was easy to use the serve yourself tablet for ordering. I ordered tonkatsu ramen with shrimp and crab meat for lunch today. The broth was delicious. The noodles were pretty much spaghetti noodles. The entire bottom of my soup was covered in edamame. It just wasn’t my cup of tea.

I went and the food was wondering. We got a ramen bowl and Poke bowl. My Poke bowl a d the Ramen bowl I was able to customize in every way and they both were so good. I even recommend their house mayo I belive it was called. There pork buns are fantastic enough said. Also got drinks which come separate from your meal but the boba and tea are wonderful. Loved it.

I was just there. Food was good. But the service was not. The girl up front with the long brown hair and glasses decided instead of telling us how the tap to pay would work she was just going to sit there and laugh at us. I’ve been sick the whole week I don’t need to be mocked too. Not all disabled people are stupid, thanks -_- The entire time we were in there she treated us like we were stupid. They put bean sprouts in my soup despite us asking not to. My husband had to firmly tell her to fix it because she was giving him attitude about that too. He ended up saying something to her about that in the end and she just laughed and condescendingly said no one ever had trouble with it before. Cool, you also aren’t out of it like I am sometimes. Even so there’s no excuse. Respectfully? I don’t like to wave my status around but I’m the one y’all ask for discounts on the bean sprouts all the time. Don’t think she knew that but she will now. Maybe I should stop doing that since this is how we treat disabled people apparently

Poke bowls are ok, but very expensive. Ramen not good. I got tonkatsu broth with chicken. Broth tastes like it’s made from a powder or sauce packet mix. Noodles are fine, toppings fine, but the chicken was gross. Very tough and woody and gray in color. Tasted like it had been grilled at some point and microwaved heavily for the order. Just an overall bad ramen experience. Tasted like instant.

Super good food. The employees were super nice & friendly and explained any questions. My son & I loved the ramen and boba we got. This is my third time here we will definitely be back. Not to mention we got their at like 8:15 right before closing and they were like it’s okay stay all you need to take your time. Thankful for sweet retreats y’all should go get some

Ordered a Tonkatsu Ramen and melon Boba. Both were good! Broth had good flavor and the Boba had plenty of tapioca. They also went light on the ice so I had more of the Boba and less ice water, which I appreciated.

I really hope this place stays in business because they have the best boba and poke bowls in Maryville. I don’t know where else I would go because I haven’t found another place in Maryville or Knoxville that’s as good. I love how customizable everything is, and now they have screens at the registers where you can just put in your order which makes it super easy. The vibe is also super cute!
