Usually baked goods they are very delicious here!
Though we bought two croissants today (butter and almond)
Both of them were more like pies, heavy and undercooked rather than soft airy and crunchy as they were before.
I would also like to make a comment about the quality of the alternative milk that’s used for Latte. (trader Joe’s oat milk)
usually coffee places would use professional barista, alternative milk that makers more smooth and professional foam for Latte.

Really disappointed to write this because I’ve always loved this bakery. I was excited to order cupcakes for my birthday and couldn’t wait to get them from here. But I placed an order for GF cupcakes over the phone two weeks before my birthday, giving them plenty of notice. I started by asking for a dozen and wanted multiple flavors but was told they didn’t do that so asked if I could get six of one flavor and six of another and was told that would be fine. Great! But then four days before my birthday I get a call saying they don’t do that actually they all have to be the same flavor and which flavor do I want? I’m kind of surprised because it seemed really, I don’t know, brazenly unprofessional to tell a customer they’re not going to do your order after first telling them you would, so I ask to think about it and call back. And I couldn’t place an order with another bakery because they only let me know four days in advance, so that’s not fair to another place anyway, it’s not enough time for them. So I call Sweat Pea back and ask for the girl who I was talking to but she had left. I was then told they’d text her telling her I had called and she’d call me. Well she never did and then they’re closed Sunday and Monday. Tuesday, my birthday, I get a call accusing me of not confirming my order but offering leftovers of someone else’s order who just happened to order the same flavors as me. So my question is: if someone else had placed the SAME order as me, why didn’t you just make my order at the same time? Secondly, how are you honestly just not going to make a customers order when they gave you plenty of advance notice? And then not be considerate enough to give them enough notice that you can’t do their order? I’m just amazed at how it all turned out, and the lack of communication both within their team and also with me. So if you need GF cupcakes and want to be assured you’ll actually get them, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Wonderful bakery! Couple of Tables outside for quick breakfast. We had prosciutto and Guyer cheese croissant and mixed berry scone and some biscotti to go with our Cappuccinos. Absolutely delicious.

I agree with most of the posts. The croissants are not good anymore. It changed a few months ago. The posts from 2+ years ago raved about the croissants just like I used to, but now they are bread-like and tasteless. Not sure what happened but we would all appreciate if you went back to your original recipe and technique because they were so delicious before.The store is nice and the employees are great. Other items are delicious.

Searching for a smoothie for myself and my wife this place was suggested and it did not disappoint.
The staff was welcoming and patient in directing me during my first visit. I was looking for something sweet and their suggestion of the blueberry smoothie was the perfect thing. I wanted to add some granola for a little granola to add some crunch and the host behind the counter happily added it. No shame in mixing it up for me!
The setting is comfortable and inviting to parents and their kids it seems. Games and coloring supplies available. Gifts for last minute presents for maybe a family member or friend you haven’t seen for a long time.
I suggest getting either a bowl versus the shake I enjoyed if you’re ordering granola. It seemed to sit on the bottom of my shake and required a slightly messy drinking from the cup directly versus using a straw to clean out my cup.

It’s our favorite bakery! Everything I have eaten is on a scale of great to amazing! I just had their Thanksgiving pies. The pumpkin pie was full of spice and so tasty. The Nantucket pie was a perfect blend of tart cranberries and sugary sweetness. The pumpkin cheesecake was delicious.
We love their cupcakes. They are baked ahead and refrigerated to maintain freshness. Perfectly cute frosting. They come in so many flavors and are full of real good quality ingredients. My guests were raving about them.

Prices were high, Almond cresaunt was $ 4.50, at California Fresh Market cresaunt was much better and $1.50 cheaper. More selection here than at Mule bakery in old town AG, lots of cookies and biscotti. The woman behind the counter didn’t smile and acted like I was interrupting her. I tipped but don’t know why.
