Sweet Parlor Ice Cream Shop is a new ice cream shop in Hillsborough Township, NJ. We opened our doors in July 2023 and we’re serving up delicious small batch ice cream and custom made specialty drinks. Come in and try our signature flavors, like Cookies and Cream, Triple Threat Chocolate, Ube Brownie, Mint Chocolate Chip and Cookies and a variety of sorbet for dairy free options. Our hand crafted specialty drinks includes flavored lemonades, iced teas and carbonated offerings. We’re open seven days a week, so come on by and cool off with a scoop of our delicious ice cream and drinks!

Next-level ice cream and amazing people!
I stopped by Sweet Parlor while visiting Hillsborough, and I’m so glad I did! I had a cone with two scoops Pistachio and Pandan Coconut and it was absolutely delicious, creamy, and full of flavor.
The staff was wonderful! One of the female employees had such a warm smile when welcoming me, and she worked so confidently. She looked like the owner! I also had a chance to meet the owner, Tim, who was incredibly kind and generous.
Even though I live about an hour away in Pennsylvania, I’ll definitely be driving back just to come here again. Highly recommend Sweet Parlor to all ice cream lovers!

We’ve been here multiple times and we love it! The ice cream and the drinks are delicious and the staff are always helpful. The bubble waffle cones are scrumptious but HUGE and are nearly impossible to eat by yourself, so you might want to share them. They have yummy and unique flavors as well as classic ones. Overall, a great place, and one of the best ice cream in the area.

OMG, where do I even start?! Sweet Parlor is seriously the dream ice cream destination! From the moment you walk in, the vibe is so warm and welcoming… like stepping into an Instagrammable ice cream wonderland with all the cutest little details. The staff is always smiling and super friendly, and you can even sample flavors before you choose (yes please!!).
10/10 would recommend for date nights, family outings, or spontaneous dessert runs. It’s one of those spots that makes you smile with every bite!

Their bubble waffles are soft and delicious. The ice cream is great, and they have some unique flavors such as guava cheesecake and Sriracha lime. The store made whipped cream is also great! The service was fast and friendly. This place is new and gets pretty busy, but they did a good job to make the line move fast. Overall, it was a good experience.

A must try! Uniquely delicious flavors and friendly service. We swung by after visiting Duke Farms. The ice cream was delicious and the service was exceptionally friendly. The flavors were unique but so full of flavor with natural taste. After an initial mix-up in our order, they made sorted things out and gave us extra ice cream! I only wish we lived closer so we could visit more often.

Suggestion, they should get the freeze dried Skittles Popd. Omg! With any flavor would taste delicious especially when it pops in mouth. And they are slightly less sugary than regular skittles. They are crispy and crunchy now chewy sticking on your teeth so one would enjoy the fruit flavor with ice cream.

Best ice cream in the area. We went late around 9PM. It was empty when we got there. After a while it did get super busy but the staff there know what they are doing and made the orders quickly. It’s modern, cute atmosphere. It’s kid friendly. The workers let us try the flavors before choosing. That was super helpful. They were able to explain every flavor. My favorite was the ube brownie and the strawberry lychee. The waffle is made to order. The price point to me is fair and not expensive considering the unique flavors. I have been there twice since the first time going. My family from Toronto always talks about how good it was. All around I will continue going to Sweet Parlor for ice cream.
