I’m honestly sad we only discovered this place by accident. We had just left Christmas Mass and found out our usual breakfast spot was closed, so we quickly searched for breakfast spots open near us and Sweet Orange popped up. If I had known about this place sooner, we would’ve been coming here for years.
We didn’t expect much since it was one of the only places open and, to be honest, I had never even heard of it. There also wasn’t a wait when we arrived, which made us even more unsure. But we were completely blown away.
The quality of the food is outstanding, the service is incredibly friendly, and the menu has so many great options that it makes you want to keep coming back to try something new. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully made. My mom and I ordered the coconut latte and we still talk about it. It was that good.
This is now one of our favorite breakfast spots in the Schaumburg area, maybe even the best. What started as a last minute backup plan turned into such a memorable experience. We’re already looking forward to making this our new Christmas tradition.

Everything (food, service, atmosphere) was amazing at Sweet Orange! Went here with my family for brunch and were graciously greeted by the owners/managers and well taken care of by our server Parker who is a rock star. So patient, kind, and helpful. We loved the dishes she recommended. The pistachio latte is excellent and so are the tiramisu biscotti pancakes, freshly-squeezed orange juice, the potato pancakes, and the Nonna’s Skillet. Will definitely be back and tell friends about this gem. Lots of seating and they keep it very clean. Highly recommended!

Husband and I went for the first time. Perfect place if you want a mix of sweet and salty (which I love for breakfast). Husband and I each got a combo and were able to upgrade our pancakes and French (pistachio and tiramisu). Kristy was our server, honestly I would ask for her every time I come back. She helped us navigate through the menus, made some recommendations, and very friendly and attentive the whole time. Food was delish (I only wish the bacon and sausage were cooked slightly more- still delicious though and cooked a perfect over-medium egg).

Went to have brunch with the family. It’s nicely decorated inside with lots of greens. When we entered we were sat down pretty quickly but nobody came to us for about 10 minutes. We finally ordered food and the food quality was really good and big portions. Overall a nice place which is close by and will probably go back at least to have lunch there because they have a great variety of menu and a nice bar area as well.

Service was top notch Parker was attentive and friendly, even gave us a spot downtown to go get a Chicago style hot dog for lunch! Although with the large portion sizes there may be no room for lunch!

Its a total vibe and the food keeps hitting each time. The Barbacoa is legit and the chorizo is bomb! Kristy has attended us every time and she is wonderful! Definitely gunna keep bringing the family and friends here!

The food and service was wonderful. I tried the corned beef hash with eggs and had a side of the Orange Pancakes. The sweet orange anglaise of the pancakes is one of the best flavors I’ve ever had. My server, Kristy was attentive, friendly, and great! She made the experience wonderful for me.

Sweet orange is worth the wait. I loved the food and atmosphere so much I returned two weekends in a row. Mimosa flight has a great variety of unique flavors to try with friends or alone . Food is delicious. Whether you are craving breakfast, lunch, or brunch there’s a dish to satisfy your craving. And service….Parker and the crew are unbeatable. Already planning my next visit.
