Stopped in to grab some breakfast on a Sunday morning. It was good overall. We had a crepe with ham, spinach, and egg, with spicy pesto. It was very good! The waffle we had was a little disappointing. The fruit toppings were super fresh but the waffle itself wasn’t very soft and didn’t have much taste. The lattes we had were good. We didn’t have ice cream but they have a lot of selections if that is what you are interested in.

Had an ice cream recently at Sweet Nel’s and the taste is amazing. I took a Butter Scotch vanilla and the price is reasonable as well. I liked the ambience inside and staff are friendly. I am planning to bring my family sometime and glad to know that they have some breakfast offerings. This place is near to my office and home. So, definitely would be a go to place for me in the future.

My first visit to Nel’s earlier this summer was phenomenal. I got a great cup of coffee and an amazing savory crepe. My second visit just over a week ago was less than stellar. I’d met a friend there to specifically order and enjoy another savory crepe. It was around 7:30 p.m. and I was told by the counter person that they don’t serve savory crepes after 4 p.m. It was close to 9 p.m. the last time I ordered one with no problem or hesitation, but it is dinner time at 7:30 p.m. on a Friday night and I cannot order the same item this visit? I am diabetic and it is one of the few items on the menu there I can enjoy at Nel’s, as I cannot eat ice cream or other sweets without spiking my glucose levels. If I had not been with a friend, I’d simply have left. But I was there with a friend, so I ordered a coffee ☕️. Unfortunately, the $4.50 coffee was equally as disappointing; it was bitter and stale. My friend and I were ready to make this a weekly spot to connect. But it looks like we’ll be looking for another place to meet going forward.

Amazing taste of products and very friendly staff! I was given a free scoop of any flavor of my choice (not sure why, but it was delightful)! They also have us a free BIG and might I add, VERY DELICIOUS strawberry, banana & Nutella crepe. It was so good and they just gave it to us for free. Overall the pricing is not bad & I would recommend stopping by if you’re around.

Their ice cream tastes amazing! It has a homemade feel to it that’s creamy and has lots of flavor. So different from mass produced ice creams. I am addicted to their waffle sundaes, so much so that I replace it with a meal because it’s very filling. The waffle itself is delicious, and when you add the creamy ice cream and fruit, it becomes a sinful indulgence! Go there and get your treat blessing–you won’t regret it.

Very disappointed that we drove from Exton PA to Sweet Nels with a large group. A line of people standing outside doors were locked had 3 employees inside they saw people standing on line. A few knocked on the window they ignored us and kept talking and laughing. None of the 3 employees even bothered to tell us if they would open up at all.A customer called and they didn’t pick up the phone either. They could have at least put a sign on the door. Won’t be coming back
