Such a refreshing spot for clean, feel-good eats! I loved the Açaí Bowl ($14) I picked blueberries, and the combo with granola and coconut was the perfect energizing start to my day. The Protein Bubble Waffle ($14) was a delicious surprise warm, fluffy, and drizzled with chocolate hazelnut and peanut butter, but still light since I skipped the banana and powdered sugar. I also grabbed the Green Juice ($7), and it was crisp, vibrant, and super revitalizing. Definitely a cozy, healthy hangout worth coming back to!

I did not want to waste gas traveling back to Broward for some good Nutrition. I googled the nearest Herbalife and Sweet Life Nutrition appeared. The business was not far and I enjoyed my experience. Beautifully made, and decorated, the service here did not disappoint. From the moment I walked in, the energy was pleasant. I was greeted and acknowledged and so were the other customers walking in. I was indecisive about what I wanted but I winged it and ordered a Tea and waffle. Nervously ordered, but when I seen the waffle, I was amazed. It was nothing I have seen before. I felt my inner child coming out, and ready to devour every bite I could. The waffles were shaped like the bubble poppers the kids play with, yet, it was incredibly delicious. My tea was fantastic as well. My experience here was amazing. I was not rushed to order and I was able to sit, relax, and enjoy my meal. This will not be my last time going back. Highly recommended.

This place is an instant hit. Not only are the staff warm and welcoming and easy to pass time with, but the protein donuts are amazing. And they taste great in the air fryer the next day. Definitely will be coming back to try more items.

Perfect place to unwind and indulge in guilty pleasures without the guilt. I tried the s’mores and coconut protein donuts. They are not sweet, but they fill my craving for desserts. The pineapple push is just what’s needed in the morning before a work shift. It keeps you awake and energized throughout the day and even is filling after consumption with the added pineapple pieces. I highly recommend this sweet life!

I have to pass this plaza on my way to my Airbnb, @NereidasCottage. I was super excited for me and my customers to have a new place to visit. What I found was a clean, sweeeet establishment, great atmosphere and wonderful addition for this area! This was really needed. The owner Ayesha is a sweetheart. They have awesome protein shakes with over 24 g of protein and you can add protein by adding nut butter. I ordered the açai bowl and it was a nice large size with all the delicious toppings and she also has Chia seeds to spike up your omega-3 nutrition. I ended up running into a regular customer that seemed to be a fan of the protein waffles, which I will definitely be trying out next time. Looks like they are trying to establish themselves in the neighborhood as they are having a candle making class. Check out the flyer for the neighborhood event for October breast cancer month. Definitely a must stop when on way to the beach!!

I looked up a protein shake place near me and came across this great gem. The shake was delicious and the staff was so kind. 10/10 recommend. I got the banana caramel shake and ordered it online for pick up it was ready when I arrived and still cold.
