I wanted to send a big thank you Amanda B at our local Subway for always going above and beyond with exceptional customer service. We ordered our subs through the app and picked up about 10 minutes later, Amanda met us at the shop with a beautiful smile and a welcoming hello that made us feel right at home. Our subs were made perfectly just as they are every time Amanda is working. She is the reason we choose Subway as our weekend lunch spot. Thank you and see you next weekend!

my bread is hard. they started saying bad things when my boyfriend went back to get my order fixed because the lady talked so quiet and i couldnt understand what she was saying. but making fun and being mean because a customer misheard u? terrible service. break clearly flaking off.

I’m not going to that subway anymore. My wife and I Went into Subway in the orchard behind Wendy’s on Thursday January 22 at around 8 pm. A new guy(big guy) they hired had only been there 3 days was so high on either pain pills or heroin that he couldn’t speak. He was nodding and almost falling over. We decided to leave. Walked outside and looked through the door and I guess his brain finally caught up and he was talking like he was trying to take our order. He didn’t even realize we had left. About 4, customers pulled up as this was happening and I told them not to go in and explained why. They turned around and left.

Store was clean and the server was friendly. I ordered a footlong subway club with a bag of chips and a drink and my total was $12.70, which seemed a little high to me but I haven’t eaten subway in a couple of years so I didn’t know what to expect. My sandwich would have been perfect and I would have left a better rating if there wasn’t so much mayo on the sub. It was overwhelming and just oozed out every side. I would suggest asking to go light with the mayo when you place your order (you can always ask for more but you can’t remove it once it’s on there. Lol). I will definitely try it again though, my sandwich was loaded with toppings and had plenty of meat.

I ordered an extra paperoni and paid extra for it. As a result, they gave me a pizza with no pepperoni at all. Instead of pepperoni, they put a lot of spinach. Is this even a subway?

as soon as i walked in with my significant other, the words that came out of the lady working’s mouth was verbatim “great and now there’s more people”. she then continued to talk to some other girl sitting in the lobby i presume was her friend about what was happening without even acknowledging us. she was busy and overwhelmed – i can understand that but we were not even acknowledged for multiple minutes after feeling bad for even coming in as soon as we walked in the door. i don’t know what her name was , but this was one of the worst customer service atmospheres ive ever been in.
Edit : the workers i had the pleasure of seeing in here today were magnificent. they ate down and were so nice and so quick with service. 10/10 !

Give your poor employees AC! Idk how they work in there like that constantly, it’s been without AC for a year now. It was 90° in there tonight which meant doors were open and flies were on every bit of food. So disgusting, and not the fault of the employees at all. If y’all want people to work there take care of them.

Submitted an online order to pickup. At any other Subway, everything you ordered is already in the bag ready to picked up since it’s already been paid for. That could include chips, the empty cup, etc. Instead of that happening, I grabbed the sandwich that was ready but then had to wait in line just to get the cup. By the time I got my cup, it had been 5 more minutes. I also got stared at as I picked out my bag of chips, as if I was stealing them. Even though I had already paid for all of it.
So just an irritating first experience. Also my sandwich was made wrong. Either way, just not the best first experience.
