Had the most delicious muffins and coffee at Sweet Ella’s! This coffee is hands down the best tasting coffee ever, I got it half sweet and learned that they use coconut sugar to sweeten the coffee, which added a depth to the flavor. There was no bitterness in the coffee and it still maintained the roasty flavor of coffee. The chocolate muffin was also very yummy. I didn’t even realize it was gluten free until after I had eaten half of it, super yummy!!

My sister and I were in Pueblo a couple of weeks ago and was referred to this family owned bakery. Oh My Goodness can you say AMAZING!!! When someone hears that it is a bakery that is gluten-free and no refined sugars. All organic with good quality ingredients you start to wonder as my sister did, how it will taste well? Let me tell you it is divine. We tasted the orange cranberry scone and it was delicious. Moist and every flavor hit your tongue like a dance. I walked out with the orange cranberry, apple pie and an almond cherry scone. My sister had her own bag. Hahaha. She was made a believer. Bespoke bakery with tons of options including some amazing gluten free choices. Everything was amazing looking and made with quality ingredients. Ended up going with an apple pie scone and a cowboy cookie, along with a matcha tea. Service was awesome! It was a much needed treat after finishing the Grassroots Gravel ride!

My sister loves Sweet Ella’s for their amazing ingredients based treats! I hosted my sister’s bridal shower and since she can’t have a lot of ingredients such as cane sugar, dairy, certain oils etc. this is her FAVORITE place!! Star, the owner, was so helpful in putting my vision together. Star’s communication throughout the days leading up was kind, intentional and professional! Everyone at the party was shocked about how flavorful and tasty the cake was after hearing how all the ingredients were natural, pure and organic!! 10/10 recommend Sweet Ella’s

We stopped by and were very happy to find almond cherry scones. They were a lot of cherries and sliced almonds in them. We also bought some delicious chocolate & vanilla checkerboard protein bars to take home. We love supporting small healthy businesses and we’re extra excited that they are a Christian company!!

So grateful to find a fully gluten free bakery in such a great location. I bought a blueberry lemonade scone, pumpkin loaf, strawberry cupcake, and vanilla cupcake. My favorite was the vanilla cupcake, which I truly enjoyed as I walked my dog along the river walk. I’ll definitely be back!

Best gluten free cupcakes ever! My favorite is the chocolate with almond butter frosting – the cupcake is delicious – but the frosting is unbelievable. The flavor, texture and consistency are the best I have ever tried, anywhere. The scones are perfect with a cup of coffee as well – they are a “must try” as well.

I was out of the country and needed a cake delivered for my husband’s birthday. I reached out to Sweet Ella’s Bakery, and they were incredibly kind and helpful from the start. Not only did they make a beautiful, delicious cake, but they also arranged for it to be delivered right to my husband’s workplace. The cake was absolutely wonderful—flavorful, perfectly decorated, and made with care. My husband was so happy, and so was I!
