We ordered a large order of cupcakes for an Engagement Party we were throwing. I was so busy with planning things that without giving any instructions on preferred decorating I just provided the color scheme which was ivory, pine, & white. Absolutely was over the moon when I went to pick up my order. Absolutely beautiful job and delicious as well! Thank you!!

Ordered a vegan cake for a child with a dairy allergy. Was assured via the phone multiple times and via correspondence on the website that the cake and decorations would be vegan. Called yesterday to make sure the cake would be vegan. Went to pick up today and was told the decorations on the cake were not vegan. The owner did not offer to remake the cake or offer me a refund. She gave 12 vanilla (possibly) vegan cupcakes with (possibly) vegan vanilla frosting so that the birthday child I spent $200 on a cake for can not eat the cake. This is insane. Per the owner Jen, they can’t guarantee things are vegan because they cross contaminate. This is on the day of pick up and was not mentioned for weeks when discussing the cake. If you are not offering vegan cakes it should not be an option for people to order. This was not a cross contamination it was directly putting the allergen purposefully on top of the cake and not offering a refund. If you have any dietary concerns or allergies do not order here. Spent $200 on a centerpiece.
In response to owners reply. Please see photo added when asking if the decorations can be done vegan and being told yes just to find out the day of pick up and the party that was not done. Again. Multiple phone calls over the course of a month were also placed to be sure the cake was vegan and I was assured each time (one of the calls were just the day before pick up) it would be just to be told the day of with no reconciliation that the allergen was placed on the cake without time to find an alternative the day of the party. This was not done unknowingly, this was not done on accident. This is not taking dietary restrictions seriously. The topper expands over the entire cake. I was given no heads up to be able to get an actual dairy free cake in time for the party.

omg! I was absolutely in love with my cake for my bridal shower from Sweet Elevation. It was absolutely stunning. We ordered a gluten free carrot cake and you would never know it was gluten free. It was moist and delicious! I keep thinking about how pretty it was! Thank you thank you thank you! We were not planning on having a wedding cake and this cake made me rethink that thought…we shall see!

Very disappointed in my most recent experience here. I stopped in to get some cookies and cupcakes for the superbowl. I had done this about 2 years ago and everyone enjoyed them. However, this year the cookies were very hard and had an almost artificial taste to them. And the cupcakes were as dry as can be. Both were honestly pretty inedible. A few of us took a bite to try them but none of us took more than the one bite and unfortunately most got thrown out. Very disappointed I spent $70+ and it all ended up being wasted. I did end up getting a brookie for myself and that was good as always, but that was the only thing actually enjoyed.

I had no idea the cakes would be this big! Lol. Hubby and I were so excited to try these tastings that I forgot to take a picture of the cakes as a whole while still in the box. The cakes were so big, he took half to work! We ordered and paid for the cake a week prior. There was great communication via email, and they allowed me to make certain specificed choices. I never cared for red velvet cake, I’ve always had dry versions of it but this bakery completely changed my perspective of it! It was very soft and moist, same with the other batters! Our top 3 favorite cakes were the lemon cake: very soft, bright tasting with such a soft vanilla whipped icing, the raspberry almond swirl cake: hubby really enjoyed the raspberry jam. And our third favorite was the Carrot cake! That cream cheese buttercream was amazing, and the carrot cake was very soft!
