They are listed as a participating location in the Greater CNY coupon book. Was told they haven’t taken coupons in years and they refused to take mine even though they are clearly listed as a participating location. May have just ordered anyway since I drove there but they were being exceptionally rude to a woman who was nothing but polite trying to order her salad as I was waiting to be served. Because of this they got no money from me and they never will again. I’ll drive to Liverpool if I want subway.

Cassandra at Subway Erie Blvd was very rude to my daughter and I. We waited patiently to order while her and her co worker ignored us. Finally when we placed our order she said she didn’t have change so we left to get change came back and she ignored us once again she stood there and never looked up finally my 10 year old daughter said mommy can we go somewhere else? Embarrassed enraged and furious I left but asked for her name and she still ignored me!!! So I left without my food but I have never been treated this way at any establishment especially Subway I don’t understand why I was treated this way but to have my child be treated in this way is unacceptable. Cassandra needs to be reprimanded retrained or fired immediately.

Incredibly rude, terrible service! Skimp on all ingredients. Old lady there put a pinch of cheddar cheese on a meatless sub, and charged double cheese for two pinches that barely had 12 shreds of shredded cheese. Tried the place 3 times because it is the closest. Never again.

My favorite subway to go to. The women are very friendly and they all work together great to make sure everyone gets served as fast as possible. The interior of the store is very nice too and most importantly it’s very clean and so are the employees. Whenever they aren’t making sandwiches they close the top of the sandwich station. I think this the first location I ever been to that closes the sandwich station when not in use. Always delicious subs too!

Used to be my go to the manager knew my order like the back of her hand. Has went down hill over the last year. Employees are slow and rude. Give attitudes when you ask for extra veggies or sauce.

This location is always great. I went there for lunch today. I ordered one of the new steak subs with guacamole for myself and other sandwiches for my co-workers. All ingredients were fresh and sandwich prep areas neat and clean. Was greeted promptly and service was quick and efficient (was in and out in 10 minutes). Dining area was clean and atmosphere was good. Would recommend for a quick bite for lunch.

This place USED to be the best Subway in the area, and we were so excited to see the new menu. The person I dealt with was extremely rude and aggressive, making me ask twice for sandwich halves to be wrapped separately, and stopping completely with a huff when I asked for Pro instead of the regular foot long. I’m not coming here again any time soon.

I love the app deals, generous fresh veggies on every sub I get, and the variety.
I prefer to get several subs at once, have them cut in thirds, though it’s hard to resist each more than one section at a time.

I am awarded all categories a 5-star rating because the mini pizzas are back! For $6.99 a little personal pan pizza size pizza with any veggies or meat!! I wish the cost were less however everything we buy has increased in price by gargantuan proportion!
