We stumbled on Sweet Diner while downtown one morning and based on location and outside appearance I was expecting overpriced food that wasn’t going to hit the mark. Boy was I wrong!

First time here!! Wonderful service. Awesome flavor. I had the Monti Cristo it was super delicious. I added maple syrup as the French toast bread w this was just yummy. Paula was gracious and awesome. Coffee seemed to be locally made. Very good as well

Very popular place for brunch. Great food with generous portions. You will not leave hungry. Chicken and waffles is a must try. Their chorizo has was also quite good. However, I didn’t like the strict policy of not seating until the entire party was present in the restaurant although part of our group was literally walking up the sidewalk to the restaurant.

Excellent place for brunch. Everything we order was great and the coffee was very good. A short wait but not bad. I recommend this for anyone looking for a great brunch spot. The cinnamon roll french toast was very good and not overly sweet. The apple pancakes and Nutella crepes were also great. Try it all.

Lovely place to drop by for breakfast or brunch. Extremely friendly and attentive staff – you won’t be left wanting for the hot sauce you forgot to ask for or wait for a refill on your coffee. We ordered the berry blast pancakes, fresh fruit crepes, and eggs & breakfast potatoes. All were delicious, with very generous portions. We had plenty for sharing and still went home with leftovers. Relaxed casual atmosphere. Fabulous!

My sisters and I came on a busy Saturday afternoon, and we were not disappointed. It was a 20-minute wait, which wasn’t long. Our server was very nice, and the food was amazing! Please don’t leave this place without trying the chicken and biscuits and the breakfast potatoes!

On our last day in Milwaukee, we walked down to Third Ward for brunch before hitting the airport. The place was packed by 10am so we all opted to sit at the counter to get in and out. Sitting at the counter always provides great insight into how a place is run. This is especially true on a late Sunday morning when. The machine never stops spitting out tickets, the line is slammed and runners are hustling to get things to table as quickly as possible.

Phone did not eat first The Mediterranean Benedict was delicious and the bloody was PERFECT. The food was served HOT, which I feel like is rare to find. Server was so sweet as well. This place is definitely worth the hype!!! All of my friends loved their food as well. Breakfast potatoes were perfectly spiced and a good crisp too.
