Hidden smoothie and acai bowl location in the Burlingame Farmer’s Market. We ordered the island vibez acai bowl to share. The acai bowls are served in a flat container rather than a bowl, which surprised me but did mean the toppings were spread out more evenly. The fresh fruit tasted incredible, especially the mango! Thought the almond butter didn’t really mesh with the other ingredients in the bowl and was a little heavy handed. Aside from one bench inside, there isn’t any seating.

I absolutely love this place – the smoothies are delicious and the staff is so friendly. The açaí bowls are also incredible – they’re my favorite meal! I had the most wonderful exchange with Kaitlin when ordering today especially. She was so helpful with my order and just over the top kind… it absolutely made my entire month – I’ll truly never forget it!

We were looking for a light breakfast that felt healthier and stumbled upon Sweet Citrus inside the local Burlingame Market grocery store on Broadway. Fantastic curated selection of smoothies, juices, bowls, and Greek yogurts.
We got the “Island Vibez” açaí bowl and “Sweet Tooth” smoothie and both are delicious. Island vibez is a burst of flavors that had me wondering “why can’t all açaí bowls be like this?” Fruits are fresh and sweet and the housemade coconut almond butter they put in it is otherworldly.
The menu is huge, and if you don’t find what you’re looking for, you can always create your own smoothie so they make sure to have something for everybody.
There are a few tables outside where you can sit and drink/eat your bowls if the weather is nice.
Sweet Citrus stops making drinks at 6:30p everyday, presumably so that the staff can tidy the kitchen in the last 90 minutes before the grocery store closes.

I’m not gonna lie to you guys. I’m an honest person. The food is pretty good, but the service absolutely horrible. I got whatever you call those things açai bowl. I asked for Nutella and guess what they gave me a spoonful not a scoop. I repeat a spoonful. I asked for a little extra cause I know that’s not what they usually give you because I come here often. The rude and sassy teenager said no and also said that would have to pay extra after I gave a 20% tip. I don’t know about y’all, but those bowls are expensive and that’s a big tip. Please improve the service maybe make sure the teens aren’t so bratty. I know you guys are teenagers going through a hard time but come on now. Cut me some slack

Hands down the “BEST” smoothie and juice spot in the Bay Area. Muse juice bar is a close second. It’s located inside a fresh fruits and small local grocery store. So the fruits are fresh and not frozen like many places. Price is reasonable unlike many of the franchises, where the owners have tag on additional fees. Online ordering is convenient but the fintech companies added roughly 10% of the original price.

I came here with my grandbaby. We flew here all the way from Texas. We are staying at the Hyatt Regency and we came here to have some food some breakfast movies and what not. I am appalled by the teenagers, wearing inappropriate clothes and rolling their eyes at me. My grandbaby was very offended by them, and it was not nice. We stood in line for about 10 minutes just standing at the cashier while they were just doing nonsense and it wasn’t fun. I was standing there with my grandbaby and my grandbaby was hungry. We ordered I gave 20% tip and they had the audactiy to put super ripe bananas that weren’t able to be eaten anymore that were mushy and when it becomes like clear and brown and it was not nice. This ain’t what I paid for. Y’all move to Texas because it’s not it in the California.

Açaí bowl was delicious. Come with patience and time or order ahead online and come 45 minutes later. Was the only one in line and waited 10 minutes to order then was warned that it would be 10 minutes for my bowl but it was another 20+ mins. Be warned ordering online is pricier.
