XXX Would not recommend if you enjoy fresh sushi XXX
I’ve eaten sushi for years and at a variety of places local and while traveling. Never had this much “filler ingredients”. Their high end specialty rolls are filled with minced meat and crunchy tempura. I ordered rice free and I have no idea what the wrapper is considered. I’ve never seen anything like it. The absolute worst I’ve ever had, especially for a $17 roll. Extremely disappointed and would not come back or recommend.

When someone orders rare on the steak bowl , they expect to get it rare. If you can’t do it what the customer request say so very disappointed in my well done steak do I have to open the bag and check it before I leave if I ever come back

The food was terrible. The chicken was gross. Uncle Ben’s rice is way better. We cleaned the table with some hand sanitizer and a wet paper towel because it was so sticky. The paper towel had black on it. Will not be back!

So I ended up getting pictures after we all started eating but it was that delicious we dug in!
They have a great deal 3 rolls for 20$. My favorite rolls are salmon, shrimp tempura, and last sushi roll. All the sushi I had every single piece of fish was cut right so it was perfectly tender. I also bought the Kani salad and the flavors are perfect. I love that the salad is light but filling! Definitely a new favorite!

So me and my boyfriend have been twice the last three weeks and we only went the second time to see if they were having a bad day the first time, well I guess it’s just getting bad.
The service is still great, but the food has gone down drastically. I always order sushi which for me was ok. I won’t order the tuna again because it’s never cut right so it’s very tough but the salmon is good. The last few times I’ve gotten a roll with Avocado I swear it’s never ripe. I don’t even know how they cut it it’s so hard.
My boyfriend has complained a few times about the hibachi and now I have to agree. That is some of the worst hibachi we have ever had. The chicken is seriously so tough, barely any meat and dry! The rice is fine but the veggies are always swimming in sauce. Not just a drizzle of sauce like sauce water. The shrimp is always overcooked so super chewy and they put way too much black pepper on it to the point it’s just not edible. It’s ridiculous that they cook like that and charge a ridiculous amount of money. 70$ for two people and the food comes out like that? No thanks will definitely go somewhere else for sushi and hibachi.

I usually come in after lunch, the place is really quite and nice.The bowl is really good, its filling and flavorful. The place is clean and well managed. Service is also fast and efficient. They also give you a bottle white sauce(i dont recommend drowning your food with it) Highly recommended

The sushi is delicious and a great price. Not necessarily gourmet sushi but it hits the spot. My favorite rolls are the Salmon Avocado, Doge to the Moon, Shrimp Tempura and California. have had the hibachi chicken once which I would not recommend. The crab rangoons are good.

Clean environment and service was good. The menu is a little confusing. Adding Some pictures for some of the many items on the menu would assist in identifying the food items…similar to what is done throughout Japan when you pass by certain restaurants and they have the artificial food displayed so people know what they are ordering, or some pictures with descriptions on the menu. They decor was a little different for a Japanese style restaurant. Why is there a “Steer Skull” on the wall? Also, when you drive past the restaurant on (Plantation North), the workers are at the back door smoking on their breaks. Easily viewed when driving by on the way home. A nice place added to our neighborhood.

Ordered coconut chicken. Looks like and tastes like McDonald’s chicken nuggets on unflavored fried rice drizzled with coconut sauce. I should have ordered sushi! Crab wontons were some of the best I’ve had though!

Favorite new local Japanese place. Got sushi and hibachi everything was great and the containers the hibachi is in make it really easy to store for later and keeps it very hot. The little shopping center it is in is new and looks great and the inside of the building is beautiful. Try the angry dragon if you like mango it is my favorite roll. They give plenty of white sauce with hibachi which is very nice. We order an extra side of rice bc there isn’t as much rice as some places give but that means you get more of the good stuff so I’m not mad about it.

Ordered tune and diamond rolls to go. The proteins used are the same – pastry with spice. Refer to the photo. Should read one star review first before ordering . It was reported already. Cooked not based on recipe but whatever they have? Disappointed.
