I have gotten food here 58 times (I checked my bank records) since I first tried it almost a year ago. The food I’ve tried is usually 5 stars (It can vary depending on which cook is making it.) I almost exclusively get cashew gai, then sometimes a curry or pad gaprow. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back very often if at all. I always order online for pickup, through the business website (QMENU). Too often, I show up and they say they haven’t gotten my order. Today he said I hadn’t ordered right because it didn’t show up on his system. I asked what I was doing wrong and he only mumbled that I needed to register (I have) and he’d let it go this time but next time I needed to order right. I showed him my order receipt on their website, the email confirming my order, AND the pending charge on my bank statement. Again he only said if I had placed and order he would see it. I was literally showing him the receipt so I don’t what else I could have done to convince him. There is definitely something wrong with their ordering system. The place has about 5 separate devices that they check orders on. I can’t rely on them to ever make my order, even after my card has been charged. And I don’t want to be treated like I did something wrong even after I show them my receipt.

ALSO, if you order through Door dash, just know the entire menu is marked up by $2 compared to their business website prices, in addition to the delivery fee.

Tight quarters. Yet walk in we did. My friend Steve and I. As with any good Thai place, lots of Thai-type photos. We ordered Green Curry with Chicken, Gang Keiwong Ghai. Good spice. Good taste. Pad Kee Mao. Very good. Subtle with a deft touch. Very good. Sounds and scents of a restaurant hard at it cooking. Good on them.

Don’t like leaving bad reviews but this one feels deserved as I have had consistent issues with Sweet Basil Express unfortunately and hope this feedback is acted upon.

bad pad se ew? Had it from here before and it was fine but ordered recently and it was AWFUL. pad se ew is my favorite food feel like its pretty hard to get wrong. far too much pepper and the flavor was just very very off. paid over 20$ for it to be delivered and didn’t even eat it.

Delivery packaging should be changed as when my food arrives its a soggy gross brick in the container. There was no wait the food was picked up immediately and dropped off within 20 minutes. If you cant handle offering delivery then don’t offer it.

When I pick up from here as a delivery driver during peak hours there’s always a wait and like one or maybe two people working clearly understaffed.

A friend recommended this place to me. The staff was friendly and the portion is big, however, the food is average. Everything kinda tasted the same. I don’t have high expectation coming here, since we were not in San Francisco. However, if you’re college student, it will fill your stomach!!

Tried the pad see ew and was not disappointed. They have the widest noodles I’ve ever gotten! I also got the Oh My God, their version of a crab Rangoon, and probably my favorite version I’ve ever tried too! The sweet plum sauce to dip them in was the cherry on top. Definitely going back to try more of the menu!

Go to spot since college! Anytime I come back to town, have to stop here for the pad see ew, my faveeee. Everyone loves the pad Thai too, the best in town.

Ordered a salad. They put hot food o. Cold lettuce. Needless to say it wilted. The guy had to look at the menu to see how to make it. And it wasn’t good. Ugh.

I’ve eaten here a couple of times during my visit to Eugene. The House Special Curry (with tofu) was very tasty and my friends enjoyed their meals as well.

Great food. Rolls, tofu starters were excellent. Sauces were terrific, not too spicy but with some kick. Curry was delicious, as was the fried rice. Many vegan or vegetarian options on the menu. The art on the walls is interesting and the service was fast.
