Usually not bad, absolutely ruined multiple meals this time. Very burnt, Very little (if any at all…) sauce, and half the amount they usually serve. Very disappointed. Please put more sauce in these dishes. I would love to get replacements or something… I purchased THREE this evening and they were all terrible.

I popped into Papa John’s the other day to grab a pizza, and it was honestly awesome. The staff were super chill and had my order ready to go when I walked in. The pizza was fresh out of the oven, loaded with toppings, and that crust? Just the right mix of crispy and chewy. I snagged some of their garlic knots on a whim, and dipping them in that buttery garlic sauce was a game-changer. Pickup was a breeze, and the whole experience just felt easy and fun. Can’t wait to head back—Papa John’s, you’ve got a fan! Five stars, no question!

Go pick up my pizza when I got the notification it was ready . They tell me it will be 3 more minutes. Then I wait the three . Then she tells me it will be 10 more minutes because they dropped my order on the floor… so pissed!!!

My 8 YO daughter had a free personal pan pizza for an Easter Promotion. We called ahead to have it ready. We placed the order at 3:24 pm. We asked to have it ready by 4pm. We arrived at Papa Johns at 4pm. It wasn’t ready. They said come back at 4:30. We drove to a near by store to kill time…come 4:30 We came back. Was it ready? No! Had they even started making it? No! I mean I have no words . My daughter cried thinking she wasn’t getting her pizza. It was absolutely the WORST EXPERIENCE AT ANY PIZZA PLACE EVER!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, NOR WILL WE EVER GO BACK THERE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! ALSO, The woman at the counter was outside smoking and running back inside to completely mess up everything for the second and third time. What a shame.

Found at least 12 hairs in the pizza. None of the staff was wearing hats or hair nets which was a red flag to begin. Will not be coming back. On the good side they gave me a full refund.

This is by far the best pizza place in Kentucky probably even the country..these people are like family and they treat you like family . I had my teeth pulled and they went out of their way to make me a pizza dish that I could enjoy. Which should be on the menus it was so good.the manager don’t ever sit in the office no you find him on the make line , the register , the drive thru or whenever he sees he needs to be. His daughter having had a child still comes in and but her butt making sure the front and drive-thru is taken care of. This store needs to be rated #1

I had gotten on here and left an ugly review. They fixed the problem so I am fixing my review. They did mess up the order and offered to remake it but we don’t live close to there and I requested a refund for the messed up pizza and missing sauces. They politely obliged. Still don’t think we will be going back to ANY Papa John’s as this seems to be the norm but I do appreciate them taking responsibility for what they had done.

Nobody was at the register when I looked in the back there was a couple, a girl with brown hair and a guy with a ginger beard kissing… and another person was on their phone.. truly disgusting, and after he had finally came and took my order after his make out session he proceed to put his hand in the pizza dough after they were all over this girls face. They then told me it would be a 15 minute wait. As I got back into my car they were play fighting throwing flour on each other. As someone that works in as restaurant myself, this was SUPER UNSANITARY AND DISGUSTING.
