I recently hosted my baby shower in Belmar and came across this shop—so glad I did! Cali was incredibly helpful and made sure my vision came to life. Let me tell you, these were the BEST cupcakes I’ve ever had in my life! Everyone was raving about them, and they were absolutely beautiful too. If you’re planning a party, use this shop—you won’t be disappointed!

I found out about the bakery while looking on Google for a one that was open late on Sunday. I tried their cupcakes and loved them. It’s been almost a year now going there every week. It’s run by 3 family members. Husband, wife and daughter. They are very friendly and the wife makes a special request pie for me every week and the price is very reasonable. I will keep going there and have told others about the shop.

I had a last minute request for my daughter’s second birthday party for a cake for 40 people. Not only did they squeeze me in but made an absolutely beautiful, and delicious cake. I was pretty shocked by my experience today. I purchased a single serving slice of banana cream pie, I asked for a spoon to consume it immediately. I got into the car and the pie was so frozen, it almost bent the plastic spoon. Delaying instant gratification, I waited until I got home. This pie was so frozen that even after nuking it in the microwave to a point that the frosting was bubbling on top, and even still, I had to microwave it a second time because the middle was still a little ball of ice. Ridiculous! I thought I was getting a marvelous bargain at $4 but ultimately I was left regretting my choice, as some of the other pastries and candies appeared to have been more suitable for consumption. It’s a shame because the melted sludge that I was forced to make of my pie was quite nice tasting.

I could not be happier with the excellent cakes the girls at Sweet have made for me on numerous occasions. The most recent cake they made for my sister’s bridal shower was absolutely stunning. I emailed them a few pictures from Pinterest and it came out more beautiful than I imagined. They truly are talented and I will continue go back every time we have a special occasion to celebrate!

This is such a nice little bakery. It’s very tight inside because it is packed with everything you can think of, cupcakes, bon bons, chocolate covered pretzels, salt water taffy doesn’t even scratch the surface. I picked up a classic cupcake and it was so delicious. I’m really looking forward to the next time i can pop in.

We couldn’t have been more thrilled with the custom cake that we purchased from here. Not only did it come out exactly how I had envisioned it, it tasted absolutely delicious. It was the hit of the party. We got a huge 14″ round, and the whole thing was gone! They’d delivered it to our door (we are local) too! Just a wonderful family.

If a host of any function says bring dessert, I immediately head to Sweet! We’ve been loyal customers since 2017. Birthdays, anniversaries and just because you need a dark chocolate turtle! Delicious cupcakes and cakes to order with personal and efficient service. Vanilla Cupcakes are incredibly light with or without the icing!
