The family ordered take out from El Sope tonight and it was such a disappointment. It’s not what it use to be, the cali fries had no Chipotle sauce on it like it described. The shrimp tasted burnt. The “habenero” wings tasted bitter and old. Overall good was not good at all.

Great attitudes great customer service give credit where credit is due these people are working very very hard.
With that being said Meat is very under seasoned and chewy. For $25 I was expecting better Quality. I like the tortillas are Home Made (Corn) Prawns Were Nicely Cooked.
Case in point of your coming here because you saw the guy on YouTube he does not know what hes talking about.

We ordered the Birria tacos and Cali Fries. The ladies behind the counter were extremely pleasant and the food was even better. The Cali fries had large shrimp on them that were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. From the cheese tucked in the tacos to the chipotle sauce on the fries, this adventure was one that I didn’t want to end. I will definately be going back multiple times. #FoodieHeaven

Food was delicious, the taco meat tasted fresh. Full of flavor, they have great and have quick service. Definitely recommend to try. And the churros are a dessert you should get. We will be coming back soon 🙂

Everytime I’m craving a quick,delicious food truck meal—I always check if El Sope is open!! I love The food(more specifically the quesabirria tacos with the consume)!! Their service has also always been really great everytime I go:) I really recommend giving them a chance, if you haven’t yet—YOU’RE MISSING OUT!

never had a problem with El Sope, always been my favorite and the food will always be my favorite but the customer service..? no. me and my boyfriend went to the one on MLK JR Way and we ordered EVERYTHING we had to get and we SHOWED HER THE CARD but she didn’t tell us until after that they don’t take card and we only had card. Not only that but she missed two whole different things but didn’t charge us for it, so i went back and asked for it and she was about to charge me for them. i understand having to charge me but you’re not even gonna offer anything after this very bad miscommunication? Then i went today to the El Sope on 15th, but before i went i had called and asked to place an order and I’ll pay in person. I get there and she tells me that they also don’t accept card. The truck on 15th has NEVER done this before, they’ve ALWAYS accepted card. Couldn’t have told me over the phone?? A majority of people pay with card over cash. Then I get home to eat and they didn’t even fill it up. Very good food, VERY bad customer service. I’ve never had a problem until now.

Tacos were cold, greasy and soggy? How that happened unsure. The chicken was very dry and the tacos tasted like grease and nothing else. The girls were rude as well. When someone says thank you you dont say “yep! ” and slam the window shut.
