Stopped in while passing through to get some dinner with the wife.. atmosphere was amazing! Everyone was extremely nice. The food was amazing! I had the 3/4 lb burger, and my wife had their famous crab cake. Both meals were great!

Amazing food, great drinks, nice pool tables, amazing bartenders. This place is the perfect hang out on weekends & weekdays and Lisa, the bartender is the sweetest and most caring person! I always enjoy coming to Sweeney’s when she’s working.

Great bar to relax at. The bartenders are awesome, the patrons are all down-to-earth, and a decent menu for a hometown bar. Their pool tables are free on Thursday nights. Definitely recommend this bar if you just want to relax and have great conversations or be left alone.

Stopped in with a friend of mine had me a pint of the Guinness and shot some pool. Good food. Great Bar Tender (my boy Ricky’s Mom) It’s not as happening as it was when I was underage and not even allowed in the place.

I passed this establishment on the way to a soccer game with my wife. I read the reviews about the great food and bartender, Lori. We stopped after the game and Lori was great. I had the half pound crab cake which was incredible. My wife had the 3/4 pound burger which was perfectly cooked and delicious with the boardwalk fries. The patrons were all friendly. The beer was very cold. It basically is bar seating but bar stools are comfortable and I highly recommend the crab cake and burger.
