We were lucky to get a table without a booking and the luck only increased when we were treated to great food, excellent and friendly service in a vibrant restaurant serving families and couples with ease. To top it all the bill was a lot less than expected for the quality experienced. Next time I’ll book! Highly recommended.

Just had a meal with the family! Great service. Everyone who served us was smiling. It was a prompt service. The starters of veg samosa and vegetable pakoras were delicious! Aloo gobi, bhuna and the malai tikka were absolutely brilliant! Very quick service! Overall it was a great evening! Give it a go; you’ll not be disappointed I think!

Swaran had an excellent menu with plenty of choices availble. The Tandoori Salmon was an excellent start and the curries we tried were also excellent. The South Indian Garlic Chilli had a good kick to it which I thoroughly enjoyed. The naans and rices were of good portion size and drinks priced well also. The server was brilliant and treated us well.

1st time there since it became Swaran. So glad we booked first. Was not disappointed. Staff were abs amazing. Got a booth Attentive even tho very busy but not in your face. Food was amazing and delivered to our table piping hot. All fresh and very tasty. Loved it. We all enjoyed the whole experience. Will def return very soon. (Even tho my partner went into the ladies by mistake )

This place is a hidden Gem and honestly the best Nan Bread I’ve ever had. Peshwari Nan that is btw, it was sliced into the perfect portion not messy in the slightest like many other Peshwari nans. The Nan was also thick full of taste honestly you have to try it would even just go back for the Nan. I am usually a chicken Korma kind of guy but decided to change it up to a South Indian garlic chilli Chicken and it was delicious but I will not lie it was spicy and a hot dish. My family also all had high praise for their Curries a Bhona and Korma with us all agreeing probably our new favourite Indian. Another bonus was the chicken was soft and melted in your mouth nothing worse than chewy chicken. The place is very reasonably priced with good portions my only negative was never got mango chutney with the poppadoms and the atmosphere was very quiet and got put on the middle of the restaurant felt like everyone in the booths were watching. However I cannot wait to go back 🙂

I was part of a large group of 13 for a diamond anniversary party with my in-laws. We were seated very quickly and our drinks orders and food orders were all managed with super efficiency. We had a large sharing amount of the pakoras to start which were very tasty. The batter is very light and crispy and the pakora was very fresh. I had a lovely mild korma and we ordered various naan breads and rice to share. All in all it was a superb dinning experience. The staff are attentive and the service is excellent. I cant talk for cost as it was a treat paid for by my father in law. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for hearty wholesome traditional curry options you’d expect to find anywhere. As usual we all ate too much!
