We went there with a prior reservation made from zomato on valentine’s day (around 6 pm) and this receptionist lady sitting at the entrance told us, “There’s no reservation and even if there was, we are doing a prepared menu today that will cost 6000 and above with taxes, are you comfortable with that?” Her tone was off as if she doubted us. Is that how you treat a guest? Also there was no mention of this prior arranged menu at the time of booking so why the sudden change when we had already arrived at the venue? Anyways left the cafe for another because of the unnecessary attitude of the lady, kindly check on her, she ruined our day.

Elegant and beautiful. Loved their wheel cheese pasta. It was a different experience. Very clean and hygienic restaurant. Can upgrade taste in drink as well. Drink was a bit too sweet and tasted syrupy. The staff is polite. Outside sitting was very spacious and well maintained. Candles were my favourite part of the decor.

I had booked the Valentine experience at Swan through District, but the entire experience was extremely disappointing.
Firstly, the staff at Swan had no idea that such a booking even existed. We had to argue at the entrance just to get our entry acknowledged. There was no coordination or preparedness from their side.
After finally getting seated and placing our order, we waited for over 1 hour 15 minutes and still weren’t served any food. There was no communication, no apology, and no effort to resolve the situation. Eventually, we had no choice but to leave.
Overall, very poor management, lack of basic hospitality, and a ruined Valentine’s experience. Would not recommend
