This was the first time I have eaten here. The service and food was great. I really liked the menu selections and a great selection of sauces. They also had a white gravy that I loved for dipping the french frys in. This was a group of about fifteen people and they handled it with ease.

This place is great! I’ve been wanting to try the banana pudding, but it’s always out of stock. However, their chicken is fantastic, and the fried mushrooms are amazing. The sauces are also top-notch. I’d definitely return. The service was okay, but not outstanding. It could use a bit more friendliness.

Yum!!! Very good food! The place was clean, easy to order, all the food was good. It’s a nice change of pace from other chicken places. And the dessert jars are amazing! We will be going back when visiting again!

The first time I went to Slims it was an amazing experience. Mid day for a craft show. Great service and awesome food. Because of that visit on a holiday trip I stopped with my son through the drive though. A 30 plus dollar order. Both sodas were flat with no ice and tasted off. The employees seemed lackadaisical and knew what they were giving us. The chicken sandwich was sloppy and the meat itself was inedible. We also did not receive our desserts. I don’t like to leave bad reviews. I much prefer to praise establishments. I think maybe someone needs to look at what different shifts are doing because day shift made me want to come back and evening shift was a sore disappointment

We came here for lunch. I love this place! The prices are reasonable, and they offer lots of food for the bucks. I would definitely come back to this place in the future! We came here during lunch hours during the weekdays, and it was not very busy. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here, and would definitely recommend this place to other people.

*Warning* it is lent so everything they fry is gonna smell like old fish oil. Cutting corners with your oil at a fried chicken place is insane.
