Well, I rarely give anywhere a “5”, and I suppose I could have said that not every single last one of the thirty or so food offerings for this ‘brunch’ were to my taste. But, what I had, what my wife had, what our son and daughter-in-law … it was all fine food. And, at a steal of a price for the Ka’anapali coast/Hawaii/the Hyatt!!! (by Contrast, the food and price at “Son’z”, which is the nighttime restaurant in the same space, was appalling). The waiter was a jovial and helpful fellow and (quickly) brought my wife an excellent hot chocolate … which is unusual for a restaurant to have hot chocolate that good. I’d go on about the food. But, nothing was bad. But, oh, one point: The sausage links, which even in the best of restaurants are mealy and not hot and yuck … THESE were fine to eat. If I’d known how good it was, I’d have gone there every morning. AND, you get to watch the swans get up in the morning and swim around, too. I liked it. We liked it. You are likely to like it too.

The only reason I would give this a 4/5 for atmosphere is a warning that you are eating al fresco and mornings can be chilly. Or if windy a bit uncomfortable. So dress accordingly.
Breakfast Buffett is beautiful. Many options from the standards of fresh fruit, steel cut oatmeal, scrambled eggs and bacon. But also build your eggs Benedict (so it is fresh), smoked salmon, several sliced ham options, egg white w vegetables scramble, pastries, chicken porridge, warm bread pudding!
And if with no wind or chilly temps (the rare exception) it’s perfect.
Breakfast buffet is $40 – quite reasonable for Hawaii luxury resort.

We’ve enjoyed breakfast here two days in a row so far. TONS of options to choose from; even the picky eaters have a lot of good items to choose from. Lots of variety; some staple items available every day but they switch it up, too. Love the view and the cold brew…ah! So good. We have been eating like kings and queens!

We booked a stay through Costco so we got complimentary breakfast for 2 adults ( around $36 per person). For kids, they charge based on the age (It was 8 dollars for an 8-year-old son). For a complimentary breakfast buffet, we liked the spread. We enjoyed the amazing ambiance and the service was good. coffee/juices were served to the table. The buffet starts at 6:30 am.
Mask is mandatory when we pick the food. They also mandate fresh disposable gloves to pick food.
Loved the juicy pineapples at the fruit bar.
Being a vegetarian we had fewer options but everything that was on the menu tasted good.
Bread pudding in the everyday buffet is one of my favorite.
Every day they had boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, cheese omelette, veggie omelette. Some days I saw frittata
daily they alternated pancake and waffle
also daily they have a pastry section with freshly baked croissants, muffin (blueberry /chocolate), rolls (almond/cinnamon), bread (banana /carrot), danish (coconut/pineapple, etc.)
In addition to these, they had whole apple, oranges, cereal varieties, etc.

Well, I dunno how to rate this. Booking through Costco got us 2 free adult breakfasts(valued at $36 a piece) and if you have free breakfast credits it’s a solid option. Would I pay $36 daily for this? Not in a million years.
The food is ok but it isn’t anything dramatically better than a typical hotel buffet(at least considering the cost). The fruit is fantastic and the baked goods were a hit. I found the bread pudding to also be good.
Coffee was bitter, eggs very dry. Bacon could either be almost burned or super soft and almost undercooked.
I feel like if I’m basing this off my cost(essentially $24+ tip) I’d give it a 4, but since not everyone will get free breakfast I’m rating it off a assumed cost of $36. At that point I’d I have to give it a 2 star rating.

We ate breakfast here several times, the name says swans court because there are real swans in the beautiful gardens with ponds including a waterfall. In the morning the birds are singing and ducks swimming in the pond. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff is helpful and the food was slightly different each day. The bacon was perfect each day. The food is buffet style . We enjoyed starting our days out by dining here. This place is very clean and the food is fresh.

Had a fantastic breakfast here. My wife and I loved the view with the waterfall and ducks. The buffet had a great selection for Pescitariean and vegetarians which we appreciated.
My favorite was the smoked salmon, stuffed crescent rolls, and bread pudding. My wife loved the cheesy potato bake and the waffle. During our visit there wasn’t a omelet or pancake station but I think that helped reduce the wait.
