Best burger I’ve had in San Diego. The meat is so flavorful and well cooked. Fast and friendly service. Wish they had a few more options but if you are looking for a cheeseburger this is as good as I’ve had here.

I made reservations at 5pm and we were seated soon after they found enough menus for our group. We thought the staff were friendly, but unprepared for reserved dining. They didn’t check in often enough and forgot items. I was half way through the meal before anyone was around for me to ask what happened to my drink. Thereafter, it took another 10 minutes before I got my old fashioned. It may be better for Swagyu to keep their dining casual because with reservations, you expect a certain level of service.

The texture of the meat was just different/soft. Soft but cooked thoroughly. It was good!! Got the southwestern burger with the onion rings and a milkshake and a regular cheeseburger. All delicious. We were coming from Coronado and we were so hungry and we saw this little shop and we’re like let’s pull over and try it. Soo glad we did!!

The food was amazing. Very juicy we got the fry’s which are a different take and I wish other places did the same. The server was Brook and she was amazing very nice and helpful. The services was a little slow but that was NOT her fault they were busy and they need at least one other person to help her but even with the hurdles of being busy my wife and I enjoyed our meal and will recommend to others to try. Very good food.

The Swagyu burger was tasty. Nicely made smash burger, I was missing the mallard crispy bits, while present I was hoping for more, the beef patty overall had good texture but just missing that finish. Service was as to be expected, we were greated, we sat, we ordered, we ate, and paid. Oh not sure if they had a sperate drink menu but we didn’t get one and there were no drinks on the menu, so we stuck to water.

Just got the burger from your ad and the meat doesn’t extend out of the bun like in the video, not even close. You got me in the door but not coming back. Next time you are using a real food item in your ad, understand you are setting the brand expectation and if your ad is not accurate, you will fail to meet that expectation. That is not how you earn loyal customers.
