My wife and I tried Swagat this evening for the first time. We both love Indian food, but have never been here. This has been our favorite Indian restaurant ever! The food was amazing, the service was PHENOMENAL, and every worker was incredibly kind and helpful.
I got the spicy butter Masala, and my wife got the Mango chicken. We shared an order of garlic cheese naan, as well as getting the vegetable samosas. The food was absolutely incredibly, I ate every bite.
I also bought a “Taj Mahal” beer. I’m not a huge beer person, but wanted to try an imported Indian beer. It was also delicious!
I would honestly rate Swagat higher if I could. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

From the cuisine to the customer service and atmosphere, Swagat exceeds expectations. The buffet is a perfect way to try all their delicious dishes, as well as their Masala Chai and desserts.
The customer service was stellar! Some of the best in the city. Any need was quickly taken care of, and I felt like the workers were truly excited to see us trying (and loving) their food. Kind, comedic, and quick.
The restaurant is gorgeously decorated, and the dishware was as well. Even the cutlery offered a little something to the ambiance and experience.
We will definitely be coming here again!

From my recent visit, I was impressed by the lunch buffet. I enjoy the flavors of spices of Indian cuisine, and was glad that a number of the dishes had a pleasant amount of zing (aka “white people ‘spicy'”). Though all the dishes I tried were good, the vegetable korma was particularly exceptional. It was nice seeing a goat dish, a eggplant dish, and an okra dish in the buffet, in addition to some more common Indian buffet dishes like Chicken Tika Masala. I appreciate that the buffet included chai tea and naan. The service was also very good, with the staff going out of their way to be helpful and engaging. The decor was also nice, presenting as a good option for a date night. At just over $20 for the lunch buffet, it also felt like a decent value considering the quality and service. Would highly recommend if you like indian cuisine or buffets.

Macc provided excellent service and readily answered questions about menu items. The dishes were very tasty and offered various levels of heat to accommodate people’s spiciness desires. Portions were good sized and the Roti and Naan were warm and flavorful.

Swagat is Indian term for “welcome” and I felt welcomed upon walking in the door for lunch in the middle of the week. I’ve never given authentic Indian food a real go and I was feeling a little adventurous when I saw the sign while exiting the highway. The rich smells of herbs and spices grab you as you enter inside and I felt excited to see what was in store. As we were immediately seated, we passed by the vivid multicolored buffet and I felt excited pretty quickly. I was able to sample each thing on the buffet, and I found value and quality in almost each one. The meats were tender and flavorful, the sauces were light and complimentary to the food selections. Fried choices were crispy and delicious but didn’t weigh down my appetite. I found this to be a great way to get your veggies in, as I was just as excited to eat those as the meat selections. The fruit available was fresh, the coconut soup was delightful. I would also be remiss not to mention the rice pudding, which was great. I find it necessary to mention that all walks of life were there during the day; suit and tied gentlemen, folks in casual wear, even the FedEx guy was there on his lunch break. I believe this to be a testament to its quality because food is the great equalizer. Our service was thorough and prompt. Above average pricing for the lunch buffet, but the value was extremely apparent. I would definitely return here, I need some more of that fresh naan bread in my life.

The naan was very good. I had never had fresh naan before. If you like naan then this is a place to be.
People raved about this restaurant to me and I found it to be mediocre. It didn’t measure up to other restaurants I’ve eaten at. I found the food tasted on par with frozen costco meals for quadruple the price. The food sat in my fridge and I found myself not even wanting the leftovers that’s how lackluster it was. Additionally, for 22$ you get precisely 4 bites of chicken in sauce+rice. I wouldn’t be returning for that because that’s not fair price value. I won’t be back.

After trying this place, you will understand why Indian food has such a strong hold on the culinary world. This place I’ve heard of for quite a long time and I finally was able to come dine here. As soon as you walk in the place, it smells of amazing spices and dishes you’re just waiting to try. With a very quaint atmosphere and a helpful staff, they can guide you to exactly what you want to eat. The dish of the night was Lamb Curry with a side of Naan, and it was everything I had hoped for

We had dinner on a Monday night to celebrate our anniversary. We’ve dined here before. The food quality is always on point. The service has gotten better. It’s been slower in the past, but the food made up for it. The decor, silverware, light fixtures ect. Is all very authentic. This is hands down our favorite Indian restaurant. I had the lamb saag and my husband had the lamb vindaloo. Both incredible. Treat yourself to this hidden gem next time you eat out

Swagat Fine Indian Cuisine
What a fabulous experience! I’ve enjoyed Indian cuisine all around the world, and Swagat ranks among the very best I’ve had.
I ordered the Mango Curry with Chicken and Garlic Cheese Naan—both were absolutely top-notch. The service was attentive and friendly, and the portions were generous.
Perhaps the most outstanding feature of Swagat is the ambiance. Many Indian restaurants are known for their food but not necessarily their decor; Swagat excels at both. The dining areas are elegant—perfect for either a nice evening out or a relaxed casual meal.
You owe it to yourself to dine here!

Food was amazing. They don’t have that many varieties but what ever they have is good. Tea was well made.
