We were so incredibly lucky to find this off the map authentic Indian restaurant. It is not in the main area of Greenville but absolutely worth the drive. At first sight, you might not think it is worth the stop, however; it is superb. They offer Thali platter as well as many other delicious dishes. Their menu is extensive and all vegetarian. But for those of you who aren’t vegetarian you will still be satisfied by your meal. Everything that we had was excellent. The people who work there, I think they were the owners, were extremely friendly and offered excellent customer service. We had such a great experience there we will definitely return. They also have a small grocery offering various authentic Indian spices and staples. Overall we were very pleased we found the spot and I am looking forward to going back.

OMG! Very very bad customer service.
We came all the way from savannah Georgia to try their food . Ordered pav Bhaji and thali .
Asked her to smash pav bhaji well because I had throat surgery and cannot swallow whole chunks .
After the order arrived I asked the lady to mash it well they refused ! ‘’This is how it is served here cannot do it anymore’’ lady screaming on us .
Asked her to blend it ‘’ no we cannot do it ‘’
Thali – Roti was hard as frozen , everything looks just frozen cooked .. I saw them microwave most of the food and serving .
The old couple screaming all the time and discussing about our requests because I asked them to smash little more!!
I recommend ‘ DO NOT GET INSULTED HERE ‘
We paid and left to Indian place restaurant

Disclaimer : Visit this restaurent of you are looking to eat frozen food.
I ordered vegetable thali which costs 12.99 $ without tax, with this I got 2 frozen roties and tiny amounts of rice and some veggies, as per owner they don’t have time to roll fresh wheat rotis, I drove 50 miles extra while on my road trip in search of healthy Indian food and this is what I got. I wish I could give negative stars.
Ignore all other reviews stay away from this place. I left restaurent could not even finish 1 roti. It was complete rip off.

This place is so good! We’ve only been once but it was delicious. I’m not real well versed in Indian dishes but it’s so good and the owners are incredibly sweet. Dont let the look from the outside persuade you othewise. Will eat again!

Nice intimate restaurant with friendly staff and delicious food. They do not have sit in service but we could sit outside on their modest tables and chairs. We ordered the samosas which had a potato filling with a nice smooth sweet and tangy chutney. The masala dosa we ordered had a spicy and delicious potato and onion filling with contrasted with the crispy dosa. We ordered the thali which is a nice selection of rice, Naan, and some different stewed dishes and chutneys. The mango Lassi wasn’t too sweet with a nice yogurt tang.

The owners make you feel so comfortable with the menu. When ordering vegan they will give you peace of mind.
The food was so delicious and overall just a very authentic experience. You can share with the table like you’re supposed to.
The market also has some really great finds inside.
I wish the restaurant was completely vegan.

Worst restaurant ever!! Don’t ever come to this restaurant. Absolutely waste of money. The money and time spent here felt wasted. My friends tried ordered dosas waited for around 20 minutes and then they came up to say that the dosa batter is over. One friend of mine order paneer tikka masala and naa , which was also tasteless. The naan seamed like the frozen naan made hot. The samosa chaat had a little taste that also due to the chutney. The food without onion garlic was absolute tasteless, but the regular food on the menu ordered by my friends was also a big time disappointment. The person who served was a really jolly person, none of his mistakes, but the food had absolute no taste. It felt the frozen food was cooked and provided, specially with the naan. The bhel felt like the packet bhej was poured in a bowl and served. You pay for the food and the service, and it seemed from their attitude that they are doing us a favor. Would never recommend anyone going here.

Good vegan/vegetarian Indian food. Food had some heat. I had #51 and my husband had #47. Both were really good. We had mild flavor that still packed some heat.

Friendly service and wonderful food, with a wide ethnic grocery selection. Menu is strictly vegetarian — I was curious and felt welcome, so I sampled a couple of dishes and they hit the spot.

The Absolute Most Disgusting “Indian Food” that I have ever Eaten! Bar None! I have been eating Authentic Indian food for over 30 years, and this stuff is barely edible! When you walk in and their isn’t an Indian working in the 2 person operation, I should of followed my instincts and walked out. Out of Bottled water, out of any diet drinks, and ran out of rice so they offered a greasy “garlic naan” in place. However, what came out as “Indian Food” by far was the most outrageous! Palak Paneer is a very flavorful, creamy spinach dish with delicious Paneer Cheese. Someone how these guys believe it is a watery green soup with paneer floating in the middle of the bowl…Don’t get me started on the “presentation” Just see for yourself in the pictures attached. Zero Stars if available.
