Food was nice and hot. The omelettes were under seasoned for me, but nothing some sauces can’t fix.
Service was ok. When we walked in, there wasn’t really anyone to greet my fiance and I. As first timers at this diner, some general guidance would be nice. Maybe there was a “seat yourself sign” I missed, but some of the signs were made of printer paper and hand written. Some places guide you to a seat, others (like this one) points at a table and you have to kind of guess. After the initial order phase, everything was pretty smooth. Waitress periodically checked in and I was able to get a water refill pretty easily.
The interior seemed to be a bit out of date, but has its own kind of charm. The open sign looked like it was half lit? Chairs were off and rocky. Overall a solid experience.

We moved to this area less than two years ago and only found Suzie’s Kitchen last year. We really enjoy our meals and service here. On both occasions, our meals have been so good! and the service great. On our first visit we ordered lunch items and our second visit we had breakfast items. The pancakes are delicious and wish I would come here more often, but due to our schedules, it just doesn’t work out. I do recommend dining here and if you can, pay in cash as it’s a small business.

The food and the service were very good! My wife said the bathroom was very dirty. We arrived about 1:00 and the place is scheduled to close at 2:00. It would have been nice if the staff wasn’t scurrying around trying to get their closing cleaning duties done on the dining floor while we were still eating.

Small town cafe vibe, staff is so friendly and nice, they check in with you often. My son left breakfast sausage on his plate & they said just tell them next time to give him all bacon, they just want him to like it. Pancakes are big and delicious also. Oh- I haven’t tried it but they have a drive thru!

My friend and I had the most pleasant experience at this restaurant. We are from out of town, and were in need of something local, and this restaurant did not disappoint! I usually get the same eggs, bacon & toast, but sometimes try substituting the regular toast for French toast at other places which usually don’t allow that, but luckily this place did! The waiter was very kind and took our order quickly, and the food came out not long after. Everything was presentable, hot and delicious! The hot cocoa was equally as delicious! It made for a perfect last day breakfast while on our stay in Minnesota. I would definitely return back next time!

I am an absolute sucker for a small town cozy diner. It just feels good to me. Warm, welcoming, comfortable. This morning I have to work in Rosemount, Minnesota and directly across the street is Suzie’s Kitchen. This place checked ALL the boxes and I was NOT disappointed.
I went with the Country Fried Steak and egg and hash brown and marble rye toast and black coffee and juice. Everything was really great and blackberry jam is a favorite of mine so that was a nice surprise. Also, I’ll never turn down a slice of rye (transports me back to childhood as it is the toast my grandparents most often served).
The, staff was kind and friendly and stopped back to my table to make sure everything was OK an appropriate amount of times. I feel like sometimes staff check on tables TOO often, but that did not happen here and I was happy to see it.
The food was top notch diner style fare. Cooked beautifully and seasoned wonderfully. This experience really set my day off right.
In deciding what to eat, I saw burgers on the lunch menu and they looked damn good, so you best believe I will be back.

What a great breakfast spot! Cozy, family-friendly, delicious & exceptional service. Portion sizes were huge! We enjoyed the coffee, cinnamon roll, Denver Omelette, Kid’s pancakes (with whipped cream & strawberry topping!) & the Chili Omelette. Everyone in our party was pleased with their meal and walked away very full. We can’t wait to come back!

This place is a little gem in the area, it’s hard to find nowadays family restaurants with a great food and service without being super expensive. I went my first time with my family today for breakfast and we had an amazing experience! Fast service, clean restaurant and amazing food.
