Delicious breakfast food, great flavor and not greasy. The eggs, bacon, omelettes, fluffy pancakes, and coffee were all tops here – and thoroughly enjoyed. We have an informal Breakfast Club of sorts (very tough critics) and this spot rated very high for FOOD among the group – the best breakfast food they have ever encountered is a 9 of 10, this spot earned 8.4 for Food, a lead spot. It’s a busy little spot but we were able to find a table right away, service was reasonably timely in my mind, considering the crowded dining room and homemade meal being prepared to order. We were not looking for fast food and enjoyed our casual dining experience here.

They’re small place and everything’s fresh so it can be a long wait. But I think it’s worth it and the food’s delicious. I’m a huge fan of her soups and i’m not a big soup person. I always seem to go for the special day

Truly a small town diner. I tend to be hesitant to order french toast or pancakes at restaurants, but this morning I woke up with a strong craving for french toast. I got the 2/2/2 with a side of hash browns and my husband got the supreme omelet with hashbrowns. My french toast was DELICIOUS, my eggs were fluffy but not runny, and the bacon was a happy medium between what my husband and I like – I prefer chewier and he prefers crispy. He says this is one of the only places that has managed to fully cook the vegetables in his omelet without them being mushy. Kudos to our lovely server as well who waited on every table herself and was still perfectly attentive! We can’t wait to come back.

1st visit, was excited to take my mom who doesn’t drive very many places past Amherst. Would’ve given 5 stars across the board if the service would have stated the quiche WITH fruit was an up charge, rather charge us at the end 4.00 each plate. 8.00+ 4 for what server asked us fruit or potatoes with our quiche ? We chose a healthier option. Moms a stage 4 cancer patient. Trying to help her be better as much as I can but wow, let’s be honest with patrons.
Don’t offer options without divulging costs especially if you have a menu item listed as an breakfast entree. Need more honesty be forthcoming with info.
Sad because we enjoyed our visit.

If you’re looking for a cozy romantic getaway restaurant with great views, or a fast food joint with a drivethrew, you might want to stay away from this place.
But if you want great home-cooked style food with a relaxed family atmosphere and good service with a reasonable price, this may be the place for you.

Good food, friendly staff, low key diner. If I lived nearby I’d definitely come back. The breakfast bowl (image below) was very good.

Was there for the first time on Mother’s Day for a late breakfast. They were very busy, but the staff was friendly, and the food was incredible and came out hot. My pancakes were so fluffy and the best I’ve ever had. My husband loved his biscuits and gravy, and my in-laws said their eggs benedict were delicious. I’ve always heard the food is great here, and I’m so happy I finally made it in. Will definitely be back. Thank you!
