I happen to be in the area and was looking for something to eat!! I looked online and noticed that they had a restaurant outside of the food truck that I had heard about. I was excited to try them out as I have seen the food truck in various places but never had the chance to stop. I ordered the honey garlic wings and the bam bam fries with the i think strawberry lemonade. I will say the food was decent the shrimp fries were great. But the wings were tasteless to me and fried a little too much I never had tasteless wings and the honey garlic sauce didn’t really help it. Another thing is the drink machine looked as if the lemonade had been sitting in there all day it wasn’t plugged in or spinning and the sugar had made a syrup texture. The food had potential and I might try it again one day to see the changes that have been made or maybe I caught them in a busy day because their were orders coming in. I will update my review if I go back !!!

Amazing wings! I had the Garlic Parmesan wings with Bacon Cheese Fries and Strawberry Lemonade! My Husband had the Chili Dogs! Food was hot and flavorful! The restaurant had good vibes and the staff was very friendly. Will definitely be going again to try the turkey wings!

I’m embarrassed to say that I’m just now trying the food. My coworker and I was looking on their page and the food looked so good I wasn’t going to let the day go by without me trying their food. And when I say that the food taste as good as it look and smell. The pink lemonade was on point! I hate that I ordered a regular size. If you are passing through stop or even if you see the food truck stop. And show some love.. And The cashier was soo nice to talk to just great customer service skills.

I stopped watching football to go try this place and when I tell you I want every dime back I spent. I asked for my wings to be fried extra crispy and both the turkey wings and the chicken wings looked like they were cooked last night. The fries were under cooked and the soul roll was ok at best it had no flavor for $26.62 I expected better especially from a food truck. I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody, if this wasn’t a food truck I would be taking this food back for a refund. I paid $9 for six wings that were nasty even with the hot honey sauce

Susie’s is the best place to go in Sumter for the best Fried Turkey Wings, Soul Rolls (original creation of seasoned collard greens in a wrap), and Fried Chicken Wings served with your favorite sauce!
The Fried Turkey Wings are usually very tender but this one was a little chewy! However, it was flavorful!
The building where Susie’s is located is small but clean. A one-person business can slow a business down serving just one customer at a time and one is waiting, me! That was the situation when I arrived to pick up my order that I had called in earlier. Very slow but exceptional, deliberate, and friendly service if you are willing to wait! I was willing to wait!
BBQ mustard-based sauce is a delicious complement to the turkey wing pictured below. The sides I prepared (nothing wrong with Susie’s) Couscous and Sweet Peas with 1/2 of a Susie’s Soul Roll (on the house), my new boss’s sugar cookie dessert and a spot of Goji Tea with honey! It was a day of giving and receiving!
I will support Susie’s in the future!

You can’t beat the price and the food is delicious!! We ordered wings, soul rolls, corn and sweet potato fries. This would have been a 5 star review but we couldn’t taste any flavoring on our garlic parmesan and lemon pepper wings. They tasted like just really good plain wings. Also, requested crispy wings but most were chewy. Nevertheless, overall we enjoyed everything so we’ll order again.

From The Garlic Parmesan Flavored Seasoned & Sauced Wings With Fries, To The Poppin’ Popcorn Shrimp To The Final & Most Tastiest Soul Roll With Special Sauce That Was Thoroughly Enjoyed From The First Bite To The Last. I love the days that I see this food truck is in my area! The food is amazing. Everyone is so nice and kind and it is always fresh.
They have a great variety, something for everyone from the grandma who cant stand anything the least bit spicy, to the child who only likes non bbq looking sauce to the teen who loves spicy food. It a great night for a take out now when you can go to one place and get affordable but amazing tasting food for a family of 6 for a good price! Love it so much!
