So basically if you want good service here you gotta know someone. I think every customer should be treated equally. This made me feel unimportant, and I’m glad to spend my money elsewhere with better service and food.
@gotstobesteph – we were there the exact same day, if you want to see the video and see how much a difference her food looked compared to ours.

I was surprised to find that Delano was getting a location as I’ve heard this was a popular restaurant. The location is in a small plaza with limited parking. Sad to say I was very disappointed in the food and service.
The restaurant was not that busy when we came in, a few tables here and there but most were there for take out. Upon being seated, we were told to scan a QR code for the menu, also that they had everything on the menu except for fountain drinks.
The menu was hard to read and it was hard to find the English descriptions as everything was in Spanish, which was fine but the print was very small even when zooming in. We ordered our drinks a some guacamole and chips. A few minutes later she came back to tell us they were out of guacamole. After getting our drinks (waters and a strawberry lemonade) we placed our order and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. Mind you more customers started coming in.
The table behind us (who obviously knew one of the waitresses) who sat after us got some food within minutes. There was also an “influencer” who came in and was also served food before us. We were contemplating on whether we should just pay for the lemonade and leave, but after 45-50 minutes we finally got our food.
We tried to order different types of sushi rolls just so we could have a little bit of everything. They all literally looked the same just plated differently. The name of the restaurant had “premium” in it and there was definitely nothing premium about it. You would think fresh crab, nope. Everything came with imitation crab, a “salad”, and overwhelming taste of cream cheese. For $20 a roll we were very underwhelmed.
Sad to say we will not be coming back to this establishment. If you want good sushi, there is Oishi down the street.
