When I ordered a “Jamaica” with lots of ice , i received more like a really sweet iced tea, no ice.
No biggie, mistakes happen, and the team was quick to try and fix it, which I totally appreciated!
However, the corrected drink ended up tasting a bit artificial and, wow, it was super sweet – like, *really* sweet! I ended up just sticking with plain water after that, which was a bit of a bummer.
Also, a little heads-up about the avocado that came with my meal – it looked like it had seen better days, if you know what I mean. Just a thought for quality control! And the sushi was whatever.
I will also suggest being extra careful with packing the food, that would make a customer happy, because I had to get up three times and ask for napkins, forks, chops sticks, sriracha, etc…. It kind of broke up the flow of the meal , I was-annoyed by then.
All in all, these little hiccups just added up, and honestly, it made my first visit less enjoyable than I’d hoped. As a result, I’m not really feeling like coming back . I’m just sharing this because I genuinely believe in giving constructive feedback, and I hope it helps you guys make things even better for future guests!
I finally went to this sushi place my fiancé had been bragging about. I was excited… until I experienced the service.
This is my personal opinion based on my personal experience. The food is good — but when customer service is this bad, the quality doesn’t matter.
My order number was 141, and I waited 55 minutes before my food came out. Yes, they were busy, but here’s the problem: there should be a system in place — at least one dedicated cook or staff member for dine-in customers so they’re not stuck waiting while take-out orders flood the kitchen.
By the time my food arrived, my hunger and patience were gone. For me, this was the first and last time I’ll be here.
Advice for anyone thinking of visiting:
Call ahead, place your order by phone, and give yourself at least an hour before you expect to eat.
Owner/manager, if you read this — take it as constructive criticism. Good food might get people in the door, but bad service will keep them from coming back.
