So simple and delicious, the way a burrito should be. Deshebrada and the Birria con todo are probably my favorites but you really can’t go wrong, the bean and cheese is bomb too. Great food made by great people.

Unassuming burrito place, simple and satisfying wrapped in handmade tortillas. Quick service but NOT fast food, their guisados are delicious. We will be back to try more, suggestions 2 or 3 burritos per person. Great portions for smaller appetites.

We left still needing more food. The home made tortillas were great!! The birria was salty, tinga had an over powering smoke flavor. The shredded beef was the best. 6 tiny burritos, 2 cans of coke and 1 jarrito $50.00 including min. Tip. Seen this on social media, had to try won’t be back.

Burritos La Palma in El Monte is a gem! Their Zacatecas-style burritos are small but pack a huge punch. The handmade flour tortillas are some of the best around. The staff was super friendly, and the place has a cozy, no-frills vibe that feels authentic. Prices are great for the quality—definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area! 5 stars!

Friendly service. They were patient and offered special’s as well as variety. They offered beef chicken and pork, and for vegetarian a beaf & cheese chili. Delicious. I was a first time customer and they expressed the spicy levels which was helpful medium is just right. The portion was filling. The burritos. The beef Baja. The burritos are good but not for the price. From $4.95 to $5.45 is just a little too much. 4 years ago they were $3.00. Inflation has really gone up for this establishment that gets the ingredients from Mexico. Which inflation has not gone up as much in Mexico. I could get a similar or better burrito in Tijuana when I cross the border in the mornings for breakfast for 37mxn pesos each, which is close to 2 dollars. I hope for the best for this place but I won’t be returning any time soon.

Order 2-3 birria con todo burritos depending on how hungry you are. Well-made and good ingredients, and $4 a pop, it’s fairly priced. Simple and delicious, especially on a cold winter day. Yummy salsa with a good kick.

A neighborhood gem for Mexican food. This popular take out only Mexican food restaurant is located on Peck Road in El Monte.
The restaurant focuses on only burritos and Quesadillas and they do them well. The long line is a testimony on how good the food is.
I haven’t been here until my son told me about it. We came and got ourselves a burrito and Quesadilla. Both of them were fantastic. The handmade flour tortillas were so soft. We got ourselves some extra fresh flour tortillas to take home.
The service was very efficient. We only waited less than 10 minutes for our food. Considered all foods are made fresh, they are very fast in turning out the food.
The prices are very reasonable. Parking is either in the parking lot next to the restaurant or on the street.

Came to check the spot out for their birria burrito. When I got there I ordered a couple options but at the end of the day, the birria burrito was my favorite. The juices in the meat just drip down this tortilla which contributed to the great taste. Hands down, it was on point.
My second favorite was the deschebrada, which was delicious for their shredded beef with green sauce.
I also had the chicharon burrito and if you like that wet style then you’ll like it. It has a bit of a kick but not to spicy.
The tinga burrito was ok but still good.
The small portions allows you to enjoy variety of burritos in one sitting. As of this review, no in door seating.
