INCREDIBLE omakase deal! $78 for 14 courses — such a steal, especially in Beverly Hills. The sushi chefs and staff are SO kind and friendly, and they made the experience amazing. The quality of fish was unmatched. Such delicious flavors and combinations! Will be my first stop when I’m back in LA.

Sushi K earns 5 stars on every count… the beautiful atmosphere, lovely server, interesting menu, superstar chef/owner, but mostly for the high quality sushi. It’s definitely the best sushi we’ve had anywhere in LA.
We tried a variety of the nigiri, cut rolls, hand rolls, and appetizers, and everything was super delicious. The standouts were, well everything, but if I had to pick I’d say the crispy rice with tuna, scallop nigiri, and eel and avocado hand roll. The rice is perfectly made and the ratio of rice to fish really stands out compared to most sushi (less rice and more fish). There is a small but nice selection of sake, I recommend the Dessai. We ended the meal with the matcha and vanilla mochi which were creamy and just sweet enough to satisfy.
The beautiful yet minimalist atmosphere made us feel like we had just entered a high end sushi restaurant in Tokyo, and evoked a feeling of calm as soon as we walked through the door. We sat at the sushi bar and had a fun time talking with chef Tomo throughout our meal. Our server immediately brought water and was always there when we were ready to place an order, without being overbearing.
The restaurant is located in a smallish, unassuming storefront on Robertson. Luckily for me it’s within walking distance as I will coming here frequently.
Highly recommend!!

We had the Omakase and the Chef Special. Very good sushi, prices are reasonable too.

Superb, authentic sushi. Only complaint is that they’re slightly lacking in service. There were 2 waitresses, one of whom seemed disinterested in doing her job, and they forgot water and other requests on multiple occasions. The food also takes some time to come out (we sat at a table), but not a huge deal since the quality is top notch and atmosphere is great.

I had the pleasure of dining at SUSHI:K and was thoroughly impressed.
The fish was incredibly fresh, and the omakase was thoughtful and well balanced.
The atmosphere was relaxed and refined, making it perfect for both a casual night out and a special occasion.
The staff were friendly and made us feel truly welcome.
Such a great addition to Beverly Hills. I will definitely be back!

Such a gem to have nestled away on Robertson. Finding a good omakase for under $90 is an extremely hard task in LA. Smallish portions allow you to enjoy each piece that shows a good balance of technique and umami. Don’t be shy about ordering from the really good ala carte menu. Really can’t miss on any of the options.

waited for our food for over two hours, asked for soy sauce, water, ginger multiple times, never got served. Ordered our food. Some never came, over charged us on the bill for more things till we had to ask to take them off since we never ordered them. The service was absolutely horrendous, the sushi is fresh itself, but I would never go back there completely based on the service. No dinner and food should come out more than 30 to 45 minutes. we complained, and their way of helping us was giving us mochi ice cream, which they then dropped on the laps of my two friends next to me. safe to say please take ur money elsewhere.

I never write reviews but this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Food took from 1 to 2 full hours to come. Waiters didn’t offer any discount for the lateness. The wrong item was brought multiple times. Waiter spilled soy sauce on table, didn’t clean it up. Tried to give us free ice cream but also spilled it over multiple people in our party, said oops, and then left without even attempting to clean it up. Saw multiple other tables asking about the wait time. Sushi was good, but not even close to worth it.

The omakase course was excellent—the ingredients were incredibly fresh and we were very satisfied. The Yuzu Margarita was also delicious. The unique style of breaking the bubble before drinking made it extra fun, even for the kids!

Great sushi spot! Drove by and something about it just spoke to me—so glad I stopped. The vibe is non-presumptuous and welcoming. I went with the Omakase and it absolutely delivered. Fresh, thoughtful, and definitely worth a visit.
