The pork belly buns were very tasty and pork very tender, personally could do with out the mayo. The Dragon roll was interesting with the hibiscus sauce, had to try and was not disappointed. Over all great meal.

Unique and wonderful. Visiting Florida and found the menu appealing…so glad we tried it. Wish we could get them to franchise it’s unbeatably fresh in our photos it’s called a guava roll and a Miami this was all that was left. I should have taken photos first. By the way we had a Miso soup too and that was so good and flavorful it might have been the best miso soup too. Can’t wait to visit again and this will be a goto for us. Our waitress was awesome too great service.

We had an amazing experience at the Sushiato location in Plantation. Our server, Miriam, was absolutely wonderful — friendly, super efficient, and knew every dish on the menu, giving us great recommendations.
The place is small but modern inside, with plenty of parking available. We enjoyed some Kirin Light beers served in perfectly chilled glasses, along with Pork Belly Bao, Tartar Temptation, and the Sushiato Salad to start. For our main rolls, we had the Volcano Roll, Acevichado, and Crazy Ebi Roll, and everything was delicious. Super fresh and the mix of different spices that make for the fusion make their dishes unique and truly exquisite. We finished with their donuts for dessert, which were the perfect ending.
Great ambiance, good music, and amazing food — 100% recommended!

I was extremely surprised with the quality and freshness of the sushi at Sushiato it’s rare to find a spot this good! They also have a great happy hour from 3–7 with an $8 sample platter that was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent, and the waitress recommended the sake mojito… omg, I was in love.
As someone who loves sushi and finds it hard to come across places that are truly fresh and worth it, this has definitely become my new favorite spot. Highly recommend!

5 stars for a great happy hour. We got drinks and appetizers , rolls and Thai donuts. Food came out perfectly spaced so we could enjoy Friday night without being rushed. The space is clean , staff friendly and food on point. I will be returning.

Went in for the first time today for a late lunch. Its a tiny place in the Publix plaza. They have a photo menu which has is great. Its like a sushi/peruvian ceviche spot. I got the tuna pizza bites, the Kani salad and the Knight roll, since Im a tuna lover.
The crispy tuna was great, the sushiato crab salad was probably the best I’ve had. Popping flavors. The knight roll was fresh.
Ill be back to have some more tuna for sure!

The Sushiato in Plantation was wonderful! From the food, service and the dining experience. Miriam, our server, was very pleasant to speak with and took very good care of us! The food was amazing!!! Their take on Asian/Latino fusion on the sushi rolls are some of the best flavors to combine with! We will be back for sure!
