Man this place is the closest to my house and its has sucked consistently…. #1 please learn how to cut a pizza my god i dont wanna have to cut it myself when I get it also one slice is half the pizza the other is super tiny… so my kids fight over slices ….. how hard is it….also they are late on deliverys all the time like 30 mins almost an hour and i live like maybe 10 mins away. and they dont care about corporate…. had an issue with the hour delivery time and that the pizza was all jacked up in the box called the store lady with alot of attitude said ya we are busy and hung up… sent picks to corporate and they said the store will remake store never owned up to it…..

6.15.25 Father’s Day: Snuck away to town for pizza and pinball. So, we all know that companies spend millions of dollars on marketing and advertising–well, congrats Domino’s, your recent commercial for your new parmesan stuffed crust pizza did its job and lured me in! There’s a local Domino’s back home in Reno that was my go-to and I hoped this store could be my go-to living in Idaho.
I made my order online and used the pizza tracker to let me know when to head over. When we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and I said I had made an online order, and it was ready just like the pizza tracker said. The store was small but nicely lit and decored. I was surprised there was enough room for 1 booth and a small waiting area. Because the booth was empty, we decided to dine in so we could have hot pizza. We ordered 2 medium 2 topping pizzas with both upgrading to parmesan stuffed crust (the extra charge to make it stuffed crust was $4ea pizza). I’m still not eating meat and my topping choices were pineapple and half mushroom. My friend’s topping was double pepperoni. We also got an order of the chocolate lava cakes and a couple bottled sodas. The entire meal was $39 and some change. I think that’s a great value at $20 bucks p/p for a decent hot meal with leftovers to take home.
My pizza was hot, fresh, and nice and melty. I’m glad I tried the parmesan stuffed pizza because I really liked the crust and how super cheesy it was. The seasonings, garlic, and parmesan blended well together and was almost like getting a cheesy bread stick attached to every slice of your pizza, which to me was a bonus value. My friend’s double pepperoni looked pretty tasty. The chocolate lava cake was still warm and rich and gooey. It was a nice treat to polish off the meal.
For Domino’s being more of an American hearty pizza vs an artisan gourmet pizza, Domino’s is great, good in value, and also offers more than just pizza and wings. Service was friendly and the female employee was personable. I will definitely visit this Domino’s again.

I was in the hospital fighting terminal cancer and got out to discover that 80 points of my rewards points was expired even though I have confirmed that points are not supposed to expire and even though I was only 4 days late to redeem my 80 points the store manager refused to help me or credit any of my rewards points I earned. not give any consideration to my health and well-being especially since this was very stressful and too much stress can cause me to fall victim to my terminal health. very disappointed and have screenshots of the 80 points and even tried to contact corporate which did nothing for me yet.

Good Domino’s overall, but I think the location leaves something to be desired. The pizza was well made, and the experience picking up inside the store was positive. It was a preorder, and I arrived right on time (within a couple minutes), and it was both ready to go, and felt hot…like it had recently come out of the oven.

Decent customer service, but food sucked. When I order toppings, I want them on the whole pizza. I want the ingredients in every bite, not just 3/4’s of the pizza. Domino’s has a bad reputation for only putting toppings on part of the pizza. Horrible.

The delivery driver gave our food to another house, and gave us the wrong food. Once driver realized the mistake, they went to the first house tried redelivering it to us- after it had already been in someone else’s house for several minutes and they could have done whatever they wanted to it. Called Dominos and asked for a new order- then they said we had to return the food given to us that had been sitting on our counter for 15 minutes.
If you give someone the wrong food, you eat the cost and remake the correct food. You don’t require someone to return left out food and you sure as heck don’t give someone their order when it was in someone else’s house and anything could have happened to it. Unsanitary, unsafe, and simply poor business management/decision making.

This place fails time after time. Today I called and they put me on hold, which is fine. The not so fine part is they hung up and then when I called back, twice, I got no answer.
After working 6 years in the fast food service industry I understand being understaffed and busy.
This is totally the management/ownerships fault. Do better.

I ordered my usual 2 pizzas but this time I got me some bread bites. The food tasted wonderful, but to my surprise one of the pizzas had a slice get somehow mangled in the process. Idk how this could have possibly happened if it wasnt intentional.
