This place is such a hidden gem in Parkland. A very small, cozy spot (maybe about 10 tables), tucked away in what feels like a quiet house or room setting, which makes the experience feel intimate and special.
The sushi menu is incredibly versatile — a true fusion of Latin flavors and traditional sushi. Everything we tried was outstanding. The ceviches were amazing, and the tuna tataki was incredibly fresh and delicious. You could truly taste the quality of the fish.
We also tried four different rice-less rolls, and they were out of this world. From plantain and crab to tuna and salmon combinations — every bite was creative, fresh, and perfectly balanced.
The service really stood out as well. The servers and sushi chefs were super welcoming, friendly, and made us feel right at home.
Absolutely loved this place and can’t wait to go back to try more items on the menu. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something unique and high quality.

I absolutely loved the tiger roll — fresh, flavorful, and easily one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Every bite was perfect.
A special shoutout to our waiter, Abigail, who was incredible the entire time. She was attentive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her service honestly made the whole experience even better.

We love Sushi-ato! Our server, Shirley is friendly and accomodating! The unique flavor combinations are like you’ve never seen before. The guava rolls are my favorite. The kids love the steamed gyozas and grilled chicken kids meal. Poke bowls are great too. We love the buns as appetizers. They don’t open until 1 PM on Saturdays, but don’t let that detour you, it’s worth the wait!

We just came back to Sushi-ato! Today we tried the nigiri shake and it was very tasty! We really recommend it. My family and I always like to come before the store is even open so we can be the first people there and there is no wait! Our server Shirley is so nice and friendly too! The food is delicious!

Wanted to try a new sushi place. Something different and this place didn’t disappoint. Spanish twist sushi! Not every day you walk into a sushi restaurant and everyone is speaking Spanish. Restaurant is very clean cozy and quiet. In fact the whole strip mall was empty on a Thursday 7pm. ( nicest publix ever next door) food was VERY fresh and i liked the little details added to separate them from other places. The guava role was excellent and a great match to the jalapeño tuna role. We will add this place to our regular rotation now!

Lunch – tonkatsu ramen had wood-ear mushrooms, pork, and wonderful fresh broth with great umami flavor. The pork belly bar and golden tofu bao had flavor that popped.
