Although the food was expensive, it was all delicious. The server was friendly and the food was reasonably quick getting out. The Super Burrito and sides were all delicious and fit well together. I will consider coming back in the future.

I gave it several tries but this is just horrible. I tried to be fair the first time and figured they had an off day. NOPE. Second attempt I got this chicken quesadilla to go, if you can call it that. Placed my order at 11:10, assured a 15 mins wait time and didn’t get it until 11:50 and that’s what I got served to me. Just tried a third time and somehow the rice was both dried out and crunchy. I had to mix it with runny beans and my hard shell taco came out soggy from the grease in the meat and wet lettuce. Save your money, Taco Bell and Taco John’s are more authentic than this place.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Charged us for drinks we didn’t order. Food order was wrong. Old waitress was extremely rude, after we told her she over charged us she got mad at us proceeded to laugh at us and wouldn’t give us our money back. Only go here if you want to get charged for drinks you didn’t order and have horrible service.

I’ve been going to El Sol for 3 years. It became my favorite Mexican restaurant the first time I ever tried it. I’ve never had an issue before. The food has always been amazing and the service is great. Tonight I got a to go order and when I opened it up I was disappointed… the small Queso was in a little tiny cup and it was pretty much cheese water. I opened my rice and there isn’t even the same amount they put on your plate if you were to dine in. I’m actually sad about this experience.

My family has been to this restaurant a handful or more times, and we have never been disappointed. The chips and salsa are a hit, and the kids’ menu has a variety that our toddler can choose from that will keep him happy every time. I like to try different dishes whenever I can, but the shredded beef chimechangas and/or the taco salad are my favorite choices. My husband has not been disappointed with the steak fajitas and/or enchiladas. Our toddler is autistic and sometimes has a hard time in restaurants, so this place accommodates that pretty well, as they have plenty of seating that allows for us to be away from the larger grouped, more crowded areas. When we can not decide what we want to eat when we are out and don’t plan on going home to cook, this is our usual default.
