The best sushi in metro Detroit! Very affordable and kind people answering the phone for orders. The tiger roll, spicy tuna roll, &avocado salad seem to be my fav but I have enjoyed everything I’ve gotten here including my husband. ❤️

Its been awhile since I’ve written a review, and I’ve realized that I have not given love to one of the most consistent, flavorful, and well-presented sushi restaurants I’ve ever frequented.
While I’ve not visited Sushi Yes in person, I’ve ordered, and ordered, and ordered even more over the years. They were my rock during the lockdowns that took us away from folks. Every time I received their meals, my orders, I felt happy. From the comfort of Tuna Nigiri and Yellowtail, to discovering the absolute joy of Eel, and even various Roe, it has been a journey of love for food, and precision of craft.
When I order, be it years ago or now, I know exactly what I will receive, and what I receive brings joy.
Thank you, and I look forward to my next experience.

I was impressed. Came in for a carry out for the first time. Had 7 different rolls. Food was delicious, price wasn’t too expensive, and staff was welcoming and friendly! The one lady was even going to hold the door for a customer with a large take out order, but I beat her to it

Absolutely amazing sushi! Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was perfect. Easily a 10/10— Every time my husband and I come in town we always get our sushi from here! Definitely always be back!

Carry out option was perfect, everything was ready within the time that the online order showed. The food was delicious!! Before coming, I read a lot of reviews mentioning how fresh and flavorful the rice was—and they were right. We weren’t disappointed at all.
We got five rolls (each with 8 to 10 pieces), edamame, and calamari rings—all for just $50. Great value for such a tasty meal. Thank you, Sushi Yes!

Very tasty. Stopped by after work to place an order and loved everything, miso soup was so hot and steamy even after getitng home, tempura was so crispy and flavorful, with a surprise of free veggies! The spicy tuna roll was perfectly rolled with generous ginger and wasabi, and the spicy Kani salad was amazing first time ever getting it and I loved every bite! Very reasonable prices

This restaurant is the best sushi spot in the Metro Detroit area. Just look at these big, neatly sliced sushi pieces! And that incredibly thin layer of rice!!! The chef is clearly a professional and a master of his craft. The presentation of the dish is absolutely stunning!
If they added some background music for dine-in customers and a bit more ambiance, it would make the experience even better

ordered here for the first time , two spicy tuna sushi rolls and some fried calamari on 10/11 on doordash and it was good. the sushi was good , calamari was okay (spicy mayo made it better) and the spicy mayo was just the right amount of spicy! you only get one 2oz sauce cup 1/18th of the way full with soy sauce for 2 sushi rolls which is a bummer, but thankfully we have extra soy sauce packets from our favorite sushi spot. overall the best part of this place is the price, but if you want GREAT sushi you can definitely find better for the same price range at other places
